Best BBQ potato you’ll ever eat. I get 2 meats with chicken and hot links no lie it’s the best. The side salad is good too. If you haven’t eaten here yet what are you waiting for

If you’re looking for a loaded baked potato, this is the place to go. Can put any types of meat with all the fixings and if you get a chance, get a piece of that peach cobbler or that banana pudding deep southern cooking.

Rubicon is a GREAT restaurant, I'm hooked on a potato w/ pulled pork. Comes with salad and toast! ? I live in BA but gladly drive to Rubicon and pickup my dinner! The potsto is cooked to perfection topped with a generous portion of yummy ? pulled pork! The staff is very nice! Love, Love, Love Rubicon !?

Highly recommend the food. I had pulled pork on my potatoe base and hubby had brisket. Both delicious and a lot of food. The best thing was the peach cobbler! It was the best that I've ever had and I've tried a lot of them. It was a late lunch and no one else was eating in the restaurant. Several people were taking to go. It also has a bar and I think is more active later.
