"We drive 50 miles to eat next door but decided to eat here. What a mistake. It took over an hour to get our food, only 2 of us and when we were paying the bill the guy asked how it was and my husband said terrible he offered no reply and no customer service! Offer us a desert to go or a discount because we had to wait forever to get our food. No sense of customer satisfaction at all. The server girl was so slow and moved with no sense of urgency! They could clearly see that we were getting distress because they came to the table and apologize for the wait but the apology offered nothing to our hunger after driving an hour and to top it off I had to drive home in the dark 50 miles. Now the Greek place next door has one little old lady doing the job that 2 of them here do and we have never had a problem next door. That woman could run circles around these two goofs. We won’t be back and I don’t care what kind of excuses you have of your chef being sick, do some customer relations and offer us a discount or a bread stick while we have to wait an hour. As we were leaving there was a couple getting out of their car and I warned them about our experience. A little customer service would go a long way!!"

It’s our first time here and I can tell you it did not disappoint!!!! The service was amazing, the food was delicious and I felt like I was in a little restaurant on Mulberry street. I had been looking forward to this meal ALLLLLLL day for some fresh homemade multi-layer lasagna. The $20 lasagna was COLD in the center. It killed my appetite and anything I truly had to say about this restaurant that my in-laws thoroughly enjoyed. It is the only reason I am not giving it a 1 review. Apparently, whoever owns this establishment does not have any idea how to order ingredients or hire enough staff. We waited for quite a while to learn they weee out of several of their food items. We came here for the gluten free pasta, and they were out. Also ran out of several other sauces, etc. so much for driving an hour to get to this place. Will not make this mistake twice. The food here is amazing! Everyone in our group tried different things from the menu, and everything was delicious. One person in our party got a vegan option, and it was great as well! The seating is a bit limited, but it’s worth it for the quiet atmosphere. Next time, I want to get there early to make sure I can get some of their homemade lasagna before it sells out. Greatest Italian restaurant that I have ever experienced. I took a portion of my family that was in town for a reunion, and we were very impressed. The lasagna, only 1 piece left the day we came, we shared it as an appetizer, absolutely delicious. Planning to go back anytime I am in Biloxi. If you get past the strip mall entry with opaque windows, you will enter your childhood friend's house that smelled so good with grandma cooking in the kitchen. We arrived before they opened and waited out front like it was an amusement park ride. We were greeted by Shaniyah with her warm smile and helpful information.
