"I ordered the filet mignon with asparagus and hollandaise sauce, while my husband chose the filet with crawfish cornbread and a wedge salad. The wedge salad was average; it had a strong mayo flavor but was otherwise acceptable, though I think it could benefit from a balsamic glaze. Both filets were cooked perfectly, but they cried out for a reduction sauce as they were just pieces of meat sitting on plain plates. The asparagus was well-prepared, but unfortunately, they forgot the hollandaise sauce. My husband’s crawfish cornbread was extremely dry, and there were only two identifiable pieces of crawfish in the whole slice. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly. Our server, Krystal, did a fantastic job, and the hostess was also very welcoming. I genuinely wanted to enjoy this meal, but it left me feeling like I needed to go into the kitchen and provide some constructive feedback to the chef. They either need a new chef or a complete menu revamp; otherwise, they will struggle to retain customers."

It was a pleasant experience and the atmosphere was great. The food was excellent. I had the grilled fish that was seasoned to perfection, corn mochoux, completely delicious and really love the maize bread in the black iron skill. The cook even came out to imagine and confirm whether the food was our pleasure.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the manager, Jessie Derouen, which was a lovely touch. Our server, Allison, was not only friendly but also very attentive. She did an excellent job and went out of her way to engage in pleasant conversations with my friend and me, which we truly appreciated!
