The Wing Experience

The wings were fantastic! They were cooked to perfection, well-sauced, and beautifully presented. I will definitely order them again!

I ordered traditional wings, but they were lacking in sauce. Some of the wings didn't have any sauce at all. Additionally, they forgot to include ranch in the bag.

The fries were cold and soggy with no warmth whatsoever. The wings were dry and barely had any sauce on them—just a few drops on maybe four out of the twelve wings. Plus, I didn’t receive my drink at all. View menu

I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. My food arrived cold and extremely hard, making it inedible. When I reached out to the company, they were completely indifferent and showed a lack of concern. Given that I paid $21.99 for just 8 wings and fries, I expected a much better quality meal. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

I just received an order from here via DoorDash. The boneless wings are really small, and there was hardly any sauce on the black cherry flavor. The garlic parmesan fries lack seasoning, there were no straws included for the drinks, and we didn't get any of the extra sauce we requested—which would have been useful for the wings that came with so little sauce.

During our trip from Buffalo, New York to Mahomet, Illinois, we decided to have dinner at Smokey Bones in Dayton. Since we have a Smokey Bones in Buffalo that we find excellent, we anticipated a similar experience in Dayton, and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious, and our waitress was incredibly helpful and kind. We didn't have to wait for anything. Katelyn was very professional; she smiled and ensured we had everything we needed. The menu had a lot to offer, and the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I will definitely be back. I will also recommend Smoky Bones to my family and friends as a great place to dine!

I was looking for a bar with barbecue food and assumed the name would lead me to a great experience. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. The baby back ribs were dry and lacked flavor. The street corn wasn't served on the cob; instead, it came in a cup with the ingredients, and the coleslaw was not creamy as advertised. To make matters worse, this was during a special Ribfest event! On a positive note, the service was quick, and the bartender was friendly.

I am constantly disappointed. I've ordered from here three times, and each time I had to file a complaint. I'm done, honestly. It's really unfortunate because the food itself is actually good. I even posted a picture of my order on the website, which you can check if it goes through. It just doesn't make sense; don't waste your time, especially if you're ordering through DoorDash, as they're more likely to overlook the poor presentation of the food. I ended up throwing away $25 worth of wings. I lost my appetite, but at least I received a credit from DoorDash. However, what can the restaurant do?
