"I ordered a Salvadorean chicken sandwich and it was just awful. The chicken seemed like it was leftover, as it was dry and some parts were so overcooked that they were hard. The red sauce that accompanied the sandwich was thick and oily, and it barely had any tomato flavor. The chicken tamal was tiny, just a couple of strips of chicken. I definitely do not recommend this place."

Great Salvadoran food but it takes so long to get your food on the table. Avery time we go it takes over an hour to serve your food. They need to get more efficient cook.

Food is terrible! There Fajita literally looks like dog barf and taste like garbage. Don't bother believing any reviews they are all lies you will senselessly throw your hard earned money. View menu

The food was good, but the salsa verde was mostly watery. The queso fresco was hard and had a strong odor, as if it was spoiled. Our server had a very unpleasant attitude and was extremely rude. I would consider coming back, but I definitely wouldn't want her as my server again.

This is a small shop that offers delicious Latin treats along with a great kitchen. The fajita tacos are tasty, but I come specifically for the pupusas, which are always spot on. The cashier is very friendly, and I usually call in my order for pickup. Their green salsa is also quite good.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
