Pumpkin iced coffee doesn't taste anything like pumpkin but the service was great. Very clean and friendly

I ordered a small Vanilla Iced Coffee with three creams and three sugars, but they gave me a large one, and it tasted terrible. I also accidentally got the wrong donuts, which is on me, but they were quite dry.

I live in Florida, and for my mom's birthday, I decided to order from Tims. They were incredibly helpful in arranging everything for me from a distance. I really appreciated the friendly service typical of Zanesville!

The morning shift is my favorite time! I've tried breakfast at many other drive-thrus, but they just didn't compare. For the past six months, I've been enjoying breakfast at Tim Hortons every weekday morning without fail. I've never been late. It's become a routine for me to turn off Maple Avenue at 6:17 and then get back on Maple with my breakfast by 6:19. My order has been spot on every single time. The staff are quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly.

Maple ave store in Zanesville, ohio.I ordered a ice capp and received wrong drink. I called in and the manager told me to bring it back, to get replacement. I was not able to come back for another three hours, I had an appointment. When I told her I couldn't bring it back and that was crazy to think I would keep the drink three hours. The manager hung up on me and never replaced my drink. Horrible customer service. This place is going down hill. I am now going to 7 brew, I recommend 7 brew.

Let me share a story about a restaurant that seems intent on serving the lowest quality food imaginable. Over the past year, I’ve visited this establishment about once a month, and from my very first visit to my last one today, the food has been consistently terrible—today was the worst of all. I ordered a simple meal of two biscuit sandwiches with egg and cheese. To my dismay, the eggs were lukewarm, the cheese was ice-cold, and every bite had an unwelcome crunch.
