I ordered whipped cream and paid extra for it, but it wasn't included.

Great food and coffee. There are great sandwiches and donuts as well as pumpkin plants.

The staff was friendly and the product was okay, but it was not as good as a traditional Tim Horton's in terms of quality. There was also an occasional smell of trash or sewage in the building which made me question the cleanliness of the establishment.

I'm uncertain what's happening with their coffee, but it's truly awful and doesn't taste anything like Tim Hortons coffee. Perhaps they need to descale their machines? The donuts are better than what you'd find at Dunkin', but that's about the only positive aspect.

The staff is really nice here. They are very eager and friendly. This place has great donuts! I loved all the strawberry frosted donuts and the maple frosted ones too. All the snacks are pretty good. The tipping point for me was when I ordered a dozen donuts through Postmates in 2019 and only received one. When I reached out to resolve the issue, they refused to correct the order and responded in an unhelpful manner. I was shocked by their lack of customer service and the unpleasant attitude. Your staff's behavior greatly impacted my overall impression, leading me to rate you four stars lower than I would have. With several Tim Hortons locations now on Long Island, I won't be returning. You've left a very negative impression, and I'm afraid my business is done here. Goodbye.

I really really really want to love this place, because the service here is great. There's just one issue: they don't know how to make Ice Caps . I tried this location a couple of years ago, ended up with a really bland drink. I figured it must be something with the US locations of Tim Horton's.I tried other locations in NY and they were SPOT ON with their Ice Caps. I figured that the US locations are finally getting their act together. I decided to try this location again, since it's close to home and I don't have to pay tolls to get to. I really want to love this place because the service is fantastic. However, there's one major issue: they just can't seem to get the Ice Caps right. I visited this location a couple of years ago and ended up with a very bland drink. I thought maybe it was just the US locations of Tim Hortons that had an issue.
