The lunch wrap was delicious and the employees kind and friendly. Will be a new stop for me when in the area! Forget McDonald’s next door and come here!

the order was completely wrong. I ordered a blt croissant and got a grilled cheese panini. cute spicy latte was terrible not sure what I got, but didn't taste like a pslfood: 3/5

I requested whipped cream on my coffee, but the server neglected to include it. When I asked for it again, she seemed irritated, hastily added the whipped cream, and handed it back to me. I was so put off by the experience that I will not be returning to this restaurant. View menu

Well… idk what to say. Very very limited selection of things, they’re literally out of everything. Only great things I can say is that the people are absolutely wonderful, esp the girl who was working the drive thru. When we had pulled up the window to pay, we tried to add a donut to the order, only to have someone else shout from the inside that they couldn’t add anything to the order. But the sweet, awesome person who was originally helping us gave it to us anyways, and for that, she’s earned my respect for sure

I visited Tim Horton's around 11:30 am. Initially, the door was locked but I could see 4 employees inside. After a moment, someone opened the door and my wife and I entered. The food and service were excellent, although they were having difficulty with the door. I showed them how to unlock it using the allen wrench they had. As we were enjoying our meal, other customers had no trouble with the door. We left and returned around 1:30 pm to order food for my stepson, but once again found the door locked and no one in sight, not even in the drive-thru. I even accidentally triggered the drive-thru activator as I circled around to leave.

Do not order from here using a delivery app. Every single time I have ordered from here using a delivery app, they have messed up my order. They literally do not care to read the instructions or the actual order for that matter. This is the 3 time I've ordered from an app and they messed it up every single time. For example today I ordered 2 bacon Egg and cheese bagels each being $4.91....they sent me just the bagels. How is a bagel $4.91... they left out the bacon Egg and cheese. The last time I drove there, their ice capp machine was down and I had pre ordered and paid on their app and went to pick up....the machine was down and I had to go back several days later to get it replaced becaus...
