"I have tried multiple items and it was honestly unpleasant. The iced cap was sweeter than an iced frappuccino from Starbucks, and I would recommend it only if you are a 12-year-old trying to get into coffee. The iced caramel latte was watery and the syrup did not taste good, I would much rather get one from Dunkin' or Starbucks. The grilled cheese panini and tuna sandwich were both disappointing, tasting like something you would get in a middle school cafeteria. The iced vanilla latte was pretty average, I would prefer to get it from somewhere else. The Timbits were nothing special, tasting similar to munchkins from other coffee shops. The only item worth getting on the menu was the egg and cheese croissant, but unfortunately, it seems they only serve it in the morning. Perhaps it is due to the location, but this Tim Horton's is below par compared to most coffee shops I have been to. I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend it."

Honestly, great food service and good staff. My favorite is the nutella donut. Only problem is the menu prices.

It's unfortunate the air train terminal became a homeless encampment. I'd get coffee more often from Tim Hortons.

I visit this restaurant three days a week on my way to work. Unfortunately, they never seem to have the omelette bites that they promote. Recently, I ordered the avocado toast and was disappointed to find that the toast was served ice cold. View menu

The night girl at this restaurant always provides excellent customer service. Sarmin made my coffee perfectly and the donuts are always delicious. I also love the bagels. I wish there were more locations, as I used to visit the Manhattan ones before they closed. Jo Anne and Cisco from NYC.

In comparison to Dunkin', you will receive a smaller breakfast sandwich at this restaurant for a higher price. I paid almost $7 for a bacon egg sandwich on a mini English muffin. The sandwiches do taste better and appear to be fresh and not processed. It seems like you get what you pay for.

I asked the lady for The Limited Edition Justin Bieber TimBiebs and the lady gave me a regular box with regular munchkins. I have been waiting to try these for a few days and now I have to go back later and complain. The lady can’t even follow simple instructions. On top of that, the lady had a horrible attitude and was disrespectful. I highly recommend Tim Hortons as a wonderful coffee spot. The employees are welcoming, the service was excellent. I appreciate that they offer raw sugar as an option. If you're in need of a caffeine boost while waiting for the LIRR or Air Train to JFK, be sure to stop by this place. In addition to coffee, they also have a variety of baked goods like donuts, bagels, and muffins, as well as tea and iced coffee.

Staff was very nice and friendly, but donuts was unpleasant. I ordered Timbits and some donuts at around 10pm and all of them was soggy. Even the sugar glaze on Timbits was melted when I pick one of them to eat. Timbits are supposed to be coverd by thick sugar glazed so it makes the donut stay longer and taste unique. However, those donuts seemed like they had been sitting on the counter for a long time or the employees failed to check up the counter thermometer(sugar glazes was not crunch at all) Overall, donut was stale and unfresh sugar glaze was barely cover the donut.
