I love grabbing a bagel with cream cheese, a sausage breakfast sandwich (ideally on a biscuit or croissant), and an iced cappuccino at this restaurant. I also enjoy sharing a plain donut with my dog. The food and coffee are both excellent!

The team working on Saturday afternoon was absolutely fantastic. I requested ice cream to go with the hot chocolate I bought for my kids because I was concerned they might burn themselves. They went above and beyond to ensure it wasn’t too hot. Truly wonderful staff! Highly recommended!

I've lived near this Tim's for over two years, and I've always had good service until today. I ordered a hazelnut ice coffee with five cream and five sugar, and it showed as an extra on the screen. I simply asked if the staff member would know to add five cream and five sugar. I was told something like, "We write it on the cup; it may not make sense to you, but it makes sense to us." However, nothing was written on the cup, and the drink tasted mostly like cream, with no hazelnut flavor at all. I also ordered a muffin, which they forgot to add, and I had to pay for it separately. I've visited this location many times without any issues. However, today, I ordered my usual ice cappuccino and found that it mostly tasted like coffee. I went back through the drive-thru, and the girl at the window replaced my drink, but not before giving me an attitude for pointing out the problem. I explained that something didn’t taste right. I understand that mistakes can happen, and it's possible that the machine was off or the mixture wasn’t prepared correctly. Not a good experience. This was service related not food/drink related. Speaker outside is bad. The gentleman taking my order kept putting in wrong items. As we noticed we asked him to change them. 2 cars infront of me, nobody in the dine-in lot. 15 minto get to the window. The people infont of us were handed 2 drinks. 3 workers standing inside by the window. We ordered a couplecups of coffee and a cold tea. The tea had some extras in it.
