Melted ice cream arrived…yum. Can't believe you all suggest still consuming this. Hard No. Never ordering from Goldbelly again.

Went on a late night and there was only one employee working there with a long line. Other than that, the flavors was great and the employee was nice.

We went here pretty late and I think they just wanted to close but the ice cream was banging. I had a taste of the mint chip, and then some berry sorbet. Both really dangerously good. View menu

Always a good time here at Tipsy Scoop. Wasn't aware they had seasonal flavors until this last trip which are delicious. Any time we are in Williamsburg we stop by. Try the Mexican Tequila Hot Chocolate. Delicious

You have to try this place! I thought it might be a gimmick but this is genuinely gourmet ice cream! Beautiful presentation! The toppings are artful, delicious complements to the ice cream flavors. Get the flight! The staff are super nice and helpful with great recommendations!

We scheduled Tipsy Scoop for an on-site ice cream event for our NY office, and to say it was a hit would be an understatement. Everything was great — from the scheduling, onsite management, and even the follow-up. And let's not forget the ice cream! It was so good and definitely packs a bit of a punch, but not at the risk of losing flavor. If you considering having a Tipsy Scoop event, let this be the extra push to say — DO IT! Very creative concept spot with a fun atmosphere. We visited during the weekday afternoon where there were few customers. The guy at the desk was very helpful in deciphering their menu. We were only allowed 2 samples of ice cream. Ultimately I ended up going with one of their boozy cocktails. Ice-cream fantasy come true!! I have to admit to being a little wary of these tipsy treats because of previous reviews that stated one can't actually taste any alcohol. I could not disagree more!! I had a flight with a Mango Margarita, Tequila Mexican Hot Chocolate, Spiked Hazelnut Coffee, Margarita Sorbet. Loved the flight, chose 4 flavors: spicy Mexican chocolate with whiskey, dark chocolate with caramel, mango margarita and vanilla bourbon. Really liked all flavors, don’t have a favorite. Got a generous scoop of spiked hazelnut coffee which was great. Vanilla bourbon was nice and creamy, and I usually don’t prefer vanilla. Spicy chocolate was yummy with a cinnamon flair.
