"It all began on a Sunday afternoon when I decided to take my motorcycle for a ride. After a few stops along the way, I remembered that there was a Filipino restaurant nearby, previously known as Pinoy Pinay, which I still hadn’t tried. The renovation is vibrant and lively, and the place is generally clean, except for a few fingerprints on the windows and some furniture. The staff is friendly and helpful. Since I’m not very familiar with Filipino cuisine, I appreciated their assistance in choosing my meal. The food was quite tasty, although there were some concerns with temperature. As soon as I paid and sat down to eat, I found my pancit and chicharrón to be warm but not hot. Overall, I would rate it an 8/10 and definitely recommend it."

Fantastic food! I ordered the pork adobo and a different type of beef served with rice, and both were excellent. Food rating: 5/5.

The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The server was very helpful in explaining the dishes since it was my first time trying Filipino cuisine. However, I found the prices to be a bit high. View menu

The prices are slightly on the higher side, but the food definitely satisfies cravings for authentic Filipino cuisine. The woman at the register seemed a bit confused, but I could tell she was doing her best. I ordered the bistek and kare-kare, and I was very pleased with the meal. Food: 5/5.

Staff needs more training. Food was not up to par. Kaldereta kambing (did they really add goat or just beef because sure I know the difference between the 2. Kare-kare was not tender. It's gross really. And the options of combos are weird and very confusing. Pinoy/Pinay was way better when they used to be there. OVERPRICED. I get inflation and I don't mind paying if the food are actually good but this place definitely not it.

Update: I understand that everyone can make mistakes; that's part of being human. However, mistakes don't excuse rudeness. Choosing to be disrespectful to paying customers is a conscious decision and shouldn't be justified by errors. The server seemed indifferent, possibly because they accept that some customers will always be dissatisfied, but that’s not a good attitude to have. Instead of recognizing and addressing the shortcomings in service, it feels like there’s no effort to improve. Although I appreciate the well wishes, I can’t reciprocate them for you or your business. View menu

I had to order some food trays last minute. My usual go-to restaurants for Filipino food weren't able to accommodate my last minute requests so I gave this place a try. There was some confusion on my order as they thought it was for the following weekend, but they happily accommodated me that day. I ordered pork and chicken bbq sticks, a half tray of beef kaldereta, and a half tray of sisig. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Everyone in my family loved the food. I will definitely be ordering from this place more frequently in the future. A must try spot for Filipino fast food.

This happened on Sunday the 21st around 11:45 am, so I suggest you check your camera footage to see how we stood there while each staff member repeatedly walked past us, seemingly too busy to acknowledge us! I can't comment on the food since we left before ordering, but I can say the prices were quite high. My husband, daughter, and I waited at the front of the line for help, but we were completely ignored. After watching multiple employees make eye contact without saying a word or offering assistance for three minutes, we decided to leave. It was incredibly rude, and I had actually considered catering for an event with 80 people in June. It’s their loss, and I now know to NEVER visit Tita’s...
