"I strongly suggest bringing in a restaurant consultant for a few months to help improve things. The investment could pay off within 9 to 12 months. The food I had was disappointing; even the ketchup tasted cheap, likely purchased from a local grocery store. I was glad I brought my own lunch, to be honest. If you're going to serve chips, fry them in small batches and season them properly with salt. Use yellow corn tortillas. People are willing to pay for a good meal, even if it's just burritos and enchiladas, as long as it's done well. I appreciated that the owner asked me about my meal, but I regret that I didn't tell the full truth. I wish them all the best in the future."

Have never been treated so badly at a restaurant than what my husband and I experienced here...finally just walked out...won't be back

The pork chops and eggs were soo tasty. Especially the home fries. The portions were so big I couldn't finish them. I'm a big eater. Really, that breakfast had it's own zip code. Truly the best value in The area. Get in here.

I had lunch this afternoon and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was wonderful and had a great local vibe. The waitress was prompt and friendly. The food was fresh and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend this restaurant! View menu

This was one of our favorite restaurants but after they changed owners the food wasn't as good the restaurant was dirty and their prices had really gone up! I was very disappointed. There were Chile sacks and Chile seeds all over as you entered the Resturant. It looked tacky! I will never go back!

This restaurant was once one of the best places to eat in Los Lunas. I have to admit I’m a bit biased since I worked here for two years under the previous owners. However, after they retired, the new management has really let the place decline. The service is subpar and disappointing. It's disheartening to see what was once a shining gem become a shadow of its former self.

I ordered to go and ordered two taco plates, on the website it states taco plates are $7.99 when I went in the total was $25.88, so I said the price online I says $7.99 and she said sorry that’s not my website that is the old owners and they refuse to take it down, so I paid anyway..Taco shells were very stale and the meat had no flavor, definitely not worth what I paid, the sopapillas were good but that’s about all, will definitely not be going back. Let me start out by saying the food was good, and the waiters were really nice and attentive. We had the bacon and eggs and the menu showed us a price of $8.50, we had water to drink. When we got up to pay I was expecting to pay around $25 plus tax for 3 meals, The lady at the counter says $39 and I told her that doesn't sound right. The menu quoted $8.50. She said the $8.50 prices are now $12.00 because the price of eggs has gone up??? Deceptive and dishonest, will not be back.

Disappointed don’t waste your money. I used to come here with my mom and dad for years and it was amazing. Since they sold the restaurant it has gone down hill everyone said it but I needed to check it out myself. We ordered chips and salsa and they brought out a half a basket of chips and the salsa bowl was not even half full. We didn’t make it to the entree because there was a big hair in our salsa so we told them we did not want to dine at the restaurant. Based off this experience and all the reviews and everyone’s options being that we are local we will not be going back.
