"I recently had the chance to visit Oaxaca, Mexico, as my father is originally from that state. During my time there, I enjoyed many of the region's well-known dishes. However, my experience with the memela at this restaurant was disappointing. First, the flavor of the dough fell short; while I won’t judge too harshly if it was made with Maseca instead of fresh masa, it still lacked that authentic taste. The jerky, which I assume is a local specialty, was completely devoid of salt, and they didn’t use sentadillo (a lard-based ingredient), and they also didn't ask if I wanted it. More crucially, the Oaxacan beans, which typically benefit from the infusion of avocado leaf, were lacking that distinctive flavor. To top it off, they didn’t include any cheese, which is essential to the dish. Overall, I found this restaurant didn’t capture the essence of traditional Oaxacan cuisine, and the prices were excessively high. It's definitely not a place I would choose again."

Amazing quality, excellent food and service! The flavors were immaculate, very fresh and flavorful! Most delicious Mexican food I've had in all of LA, will definitely be returning! Vegetarian options: The vegan options were scumptious too!

Delightful. Fresh ingredients/freshly prepared and homemade taste. Caring service (as opposed to indifferent). To keep this is a balanced review, consider offering club soda as an option. A small side of pico de gallo with the tacos would also be tasty.

If I could, I would give it 6 stars! What a surprise. Amazing Tluyadas, Burritos and Tacos, the homemade drinks are fantastic, and the service is as friendly as never encountered before! We really wanted to eat mexican food, we ended up with an amazing experience!! Thank you. View menu

Don’t let this “small” space family owned restaurant fooled you from coming in ! They got big taste. Everything is fresh and made to order. The chef cut avocado and scooped it out to make guacamole. Tortillas were freshly pressed and grilled. Their main attraction, Tlyauda Supreme, is crispy and so fresh! Come support local and family owned business! Kid-friendliness: Our kids ate tacos

Customer service sucks! They apparently called me to ask if I wanted any sauces instead of just including some. We called them back 10 minutes later and they would not answer the phone, then I called from another phone number and they answered right away. Got family size potato taquitos for over $30 supposed to come with 6 ounces of salsa didn’t include it. They never answer the phone again ignored our phone calls. If your order is messed up they ignore your calls. Overpriced for awful customer service the girl who answered was rude af. It’s a shame cause the food was decent except for dry taqutios with no dipping sauce. The food was overpriced though.
