"I got a call from Tom George to tell me they wouldn't serve brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to postpone dinner, which I did. The hostess also offered my group a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 p.m. on Sunday because I wanted to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant didn't call the next day and I decided not to eat there again. So I went to the LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel on Sunday and we had a lovely dinner that I knew I would because I've been there before. I don't know whose responsibility it is at the open table to be sure that the information about a restaurant is current and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me in a restaurant."

Very good food and creative cocktails in an interesting space. A special highlight for us was the exceptionally good gluten-free pizza. Really good crust that was actually bread-like, crispy on the edges and not moist or flat in the middle. Bravo!
