"We had a wonderful dinner as a walk in party of 6 on a busy, understaffed, Sunday night. Every order was correct, delicious and came out in a timely manner. Our waitress was amazing! Sweet, respectful red head (I am so sorry I forgot your name. All that delicious Saki!! She was overwhelmed and didn't show it, but thanked US at the end of the night for being pacient and kind on a day where she wasn't feeling great about her service. I can't imagine how wonderful she is when it's an easy night. This was my second time at Tokio and definitely won't be my last. Great for a date night, ladies night or chilly denver night. Highly recommend. Thanks again."

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The ramen and sushi were both excellent quality. I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu.

I was informed via email on July 19 that the noodles contained egg. However, they contacted me again on August 5 to confirm that the noodles are actually egg-free. I have updated my previous review accordingly.

My team thinks it's one of the best Japanese restaurants they've ever been to. The owner, Miki, came by to say hello to me. This restaurant is one of the best Japanese-owned establishments, and I highly recommend trying it if you're ever in Denver. View menu

I absolutely adored this restaurant. A vegan friend recommended the ramen, but I ended up ordering sushi instead, and it was delicious. Even though I had never tried regular ramen before, this vegan version set a high standard. My friend definitely knows good vegan food when they taste it. The sushi was also fantastic.

I absolutely adored this restaurant. A vegan friend suggested it to me, and I decided to try the vegan ramen (even though I ended up getting sushi). It was incredibly delicious! Although I've never had traditional ramen before, this vegan version has set a high standard for me. You can truly recognize good vegan food when you taste it. The sushi was also very tasty.

I can't leave Denver because of Tokio. The ramen there is so amazing, it has ruined other ramen for me. I just tried to be disappointed and wish we had gone to Tokio. They are open late and have great service. My only complaint would be that the To-Go portions are smaller. You need to order extra broth each time, which makes it a bit more expensive for ramen. I will continue to crave it with an unhealthy obsession. View menu

I may never want to leave Denver because of Tokio. The Ramen Air is incredibly delicious, and it has set the bar high for other ramen places. I have tried other places only to be disappointed and wish I had gone to Tokio instead. They stay open late and provide excellent service. My only gripe is that the portions for takeout are quite small. You have to order extra broth each time, making it a bit pricey for ramen. Despite this, I will continue to crave it nonstop.

I frequent TOKIO nearly every Friday night, a tradition I have continued for more than a year now. Their ramen is exceptional, their sushi is top-notch, especially considering this is Colorado. The variety of Japanese beers, sake, and shochu is outstanding, and they often feature imported specialty items that are hard to find elsewhere. I have never encountered any issues with the staff or service - the entire team is fantastic. Without a doubt, TOKIO is the best Japanese restaurant in Colorado.

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"
