"The food was a little on the pricey side , but it was good. My problem was when I ordered a bubble tea and he told me to Total because I had ordered it after I ordered the food. He said that the bubble tea was $9. I said $9 for bubble tea that 's really expensive. Are you sure it 's $9 for a watermelon bubble tea? He said so you don 't want it and he deleted it off the screen and I said well I 've never paid that much for a bubble tea before that 's really a lot he said Well go somewhere else If my food wasn 't ordered, I would have. He was so rude. And when we ordered he barely acknowledged us. I had to ask him if he got the first part of the order because he didn 't move, and he just looked straight ahead like he was bored. I won 't be going back there soon."

Def. could have been better. $16 for plain rice, 7 bites of tofu, and veg. (Ordered tofu veg teriyaki). Counter staff denied requested soy sauce packets. Big bite of weird, slimy gunk in order. Styrofoam box. Literally my first and last time here.

Worst service ever. Asked extra spicy for a spicy chicken teriyaki and charged extra dollar. So I requested to cancel it, and then he cursed at me with Korean. Chicken was not hot enough, and rice was made from last night even if I went in the morning.

Had a couple lunches here. Teriyaki was not hot and the Yakisoba was even colder and also had a funky taste so couldn't eat it. The cashier clearly didn't enjoy working here and should probably not be in customer service. Overall not a good experience and definitely won't be going back.

The worst service I have ever received from a restaurant. The owner/cashier is terrible to deal with, has horrible attitude, and does not value your business at all. The food is over priced and mediocre at best. Spend your money at any other restaurant in the area over this one. Read recent reviews, not ones from years in the past.

Sadly i can no longer recommend this place.My girlfriend went in to receive some food we ordered and the guy behind the counter gave her nothing but attitude. We like to put extra sauce on our to go food and today the man yelled at her for putting extra sauce on. They clearly don’t care about the customers anymore not to mention they charge an insane amount for teriyaki when you get more else where. View menu

I had one of the worst restaurant experiences ever at this place. The customer service was terrible. On my first visit, the owner, who is always at the front desk, treated me very poorly and had a really bad attitude. I thought maybe he was just having a rough day. Since it’s the closest teriyaki restaurant to my house, I decided to give it another chance, but it turned out to be even worse. If I had to recommend a place to eat, this would be the very last one.

I'm not rating the food, it's acceptable but definitely not the best in Everett. Person taking orders is rude I can't imagine he's the owner because he has to know the reviews will hit. Was rude while ordering but I didn't say anything I had a to-go and stopped to put sauce on my food from an empty table and was told sauce was only for in-house and I'd have to pay for it. That was d but fine with me so I went and paid and he didn't like the way I signed and wanted me to do it again. WTH. Then he went to a random person in the restaurant and complained about it. Definitely not food good enough to put up with this ****.
