"Unprofessional and unwelcoming experience. I visited this restaurant hoping for a nice meal, but I was met with rudeness when a woman at the front, who I assumed was the manager and cashier, seated me and then ignored me for over 10 minutes. There was no excuse for this behavior, especially since the place was completely empty except for a delivery person picking up an order. This is not how you treat customers who are there to support your business. I've never encountered anything like this before, and I will never return to this restaurant again."

Calamari was alarming- large rings of imitation something with the consistency of plastic, a rubber taste, and stretchy exterior covered in breadcrumbs. Will never trust this restaurant again

I really enjoy the shrimp fried rice at this restaurant. It was fantastic and one of the best dishes I've experienced at any Japanese restaurant. I also sampled the chicken teriyaki, which was excellent too. My only wish is that there were a broader selection of drinks. Overall, Tomo is a fantastic place!

I love the shrimp fried rice at this location. It was amazing and one of the best dishes I've had compared to other Japanese restaurants. I also tried the chicken terriakyi which was great as well. The server who attended to us was incredibly nice and friendly. She kept a smile on her face the entire time and provided detailed explanations of all the dishes we inquired about. The seafood ramen noodles I ordered were absolutely delicious, and the crab sushi was simply outstanding. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5!

I placed an order through grubhub by mistake, then immediately called to try to cancel the order. They asked me for my name. then they dismissed my cancel no you already confirmed it so I said fine I 'll wait for it later as the food didn 't arrive, I called to make sure, they said we thought you cancelled it. That 's an inconvenience.

I personally love it here. Been brining my young nephew Jimothey Mahoney 2nd since 2017 when they opened more or less. That's the power of family. But can the fantasy last? Yes it did. Don 't order delivery from here. They force you to buy $2 extra sauce on the side with each roll and then randomly adjust the price up on top of that. The menu also forces you to. Pay nearly $8 for a small miso soup. I 've left notes and messages to them about this before. I decided to order today and price adjusted up for requesting bigger size when that was not the case on any item. Stop stealing from me when I 'm trying to support you. Last time you will ever get my money.

I encountered a problem with my order, but the owner was rude and dismissive, refusing to resolve the issue. This is especially disappointing since I live in the area and have visited multiple times in the past. When I brought the issue to their attention, they simply told me it was too bad. I won't be returning, as the management and service are really lacking.
