"The food is consistently good, but the service leaves much to be desired. It tends to be extremely slow and inconsistent. I've had orders canceled unexpectedly on Slice, and even though I get notified that my order is ready, I still end up waiting another 15-25 minutes when I arrive. They also often run out of essential items. While the food is enjoyable, there are other local places where the experience is less of a hassle, making it hard to justify returning here."

Their Italian sub is incredible. If you're from Long Island and searching for great pizza, this is the spot to check out!

$55 for a large 2 topping pizza and 12 wings is highway robbery!!! [12 wings for $23 is asinine] Also they don't have items clearly listed on the menu [BeefRoni for example] that other locations have.

Skip the Italian sandwich. They literally put one peice of ham on it. They missed the other meats listed on the menu as well as the provolone cheese What a waste of 25 buck (my hubby and I both got Italian subs). View menu

Great pizza. It's been atleast a year since I've been here and it's way better than I remembered it to be. For best pizza experience, I recommend dining in. The dough isn't too thin or too thick but still had alot of crisp

I've had great food on every visit so far, but there was an issue with the AC unit in the ceiling dripping water in the waiting area – definitely not ideal. That definitely needs to be taken care of. Overall, it was a good experience.

I bought a 24inch NY style extra cheese and pepperoni, ordered online and drove 30 min away to pick it up. When I got it home we find the the bottom of pizza is burnt and extra thin, crumbles apart with each bite like a cracker I'm so disappointed because Tony's usually has the best pizza View menu

The pizza was pretty good. The kids liked theirs. The eggplant sub was especially good. The Greek salad was a miss. It had nearly 30 black olives, way too many peppers and almost no lettuce. Bottom of the bowl maybe? Also the dressing was just a pouch of some commercial Greek style dressing.

OMG this is the best pepperoni pizza I've had in NC. Slight crunch to it, even the crust. Had the 10 inch pizza and if I wasn't traveling I would have bought one to take back to Charlotte. Fresh ingredients, good price, clean restaurant and friendly staff. I will eat a pizza here anytime I'm near Hickory. Thank you Tony's!

"Amazing vegan options! Although the menu features only a limited number of vegan dishes, we learned upon ordering that almost any dish could be customized to accommodate a vegan diet. Just be sure to ask if a dish is fried, like the Chimichanga, if you're worried about cross-contamination. The staff and servers were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and authentic, with great prices. My wife and I traveled from Charlotte after a friend's recommendation, and we can't stop raving about how good the food was! It's hard to find good, authentic vegan Mexican food, but Isabelas truly exceeded our expectations. I ordered the Torta Vegana, which had plant-based beef, vegan cheese, rice, beans, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and vegan mayo on a Bolillo roll. It was so filling that I had to take half of it home—though I did share a few bites with my wife! Their homemade tortilla chips are tasty, but they are fried in the same oil as the meat dishes, so they're not entirely vegan. Thankfully, that didn’t stop us from enjoying our meal! Our server, who I think was named Vanessa, was fantastic—enthusiastic and eager to share all the plant-based options available. The chefs even allowed us to try their new vegan chorizo, which was incredible! This place is certainly a hidden gem, and we plan to visit as often as we can. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and truly outstanding food!"
