"Great food at reasonable prices in a somewhat underappreciated spot just across from Kroger. I used to visit this place weekly, or even twice a week, when I lived nearby, and it has been a joy to watch it evolve over time. I do wish they would bring back the California sandwich with the slightly fried chicken, as I sometimes find myself craving it. Nevertheless, everything on the menu is delicious, so you really can't go wrong, even with the grilled California option."

Taqueria El Angel is a fantastic spot! I ordered the Texana Torta, and it was simply perfect. Loaded with fajita meat, queso, all the usual toppings, and their special sauce, it was incredible! To make it even better, I added their salsa verde, which brought an explosive and well-balanced flavor to the dish. I could hardly wait to dig in. And, of course, I paired it with my favorite drink, Agua de Piña. This place has definitely become a favorite of mine!
