"Toshi's has fantastic food. I've been coming here for years and it is the best teriyaki in the Factoria/Eastgate area. The beef, pork, and chicken are all perfectly cooked and seasoned. The katsu is above average for teriyaki places, specifically the spicy chicken katsu. The spicy katsu I have not had better anywhere else. Toshi's meals come with good rice and a simple salad. The gyoza is crisp and very tasty. I also like how many options there are on the menu, if you go with a group everyone will be happy. You can also get yakisoba, fried rice, or even some chinese dishes if you aren't interested in teriyaki. The location is very tucked away, so it may be hard to find. It is in a shopping center behind the Factoria McDonald's and U.S. Bank. The atmosphere is inviting, although it is a small space. There are a variety of drinks in a cooler and available to purchase with your meal. The service is always very friendly. I will admit, you can find slightly lower prices elsewhere, but I think you get what you pay for at Toshi's. I find the difference to be small and the whole experience to be better here."

I ordered the spicy chicken. It was disappointing, sadly. The sauce was very sweet and hardly spicy at all. I will go back and try again in case it was a one off.Food: 2/5

I used to really enjoy this restaurant back in 2015, particularly the spicy chicken katsu. They've certainly altered the recipe over time—it's still quite tasty, but it's not quite as good as it once was. I finished my meal, but I do miss the original recipe.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic spicy chicken teriyaki, which is my favorite dish. This restaurant truly is my favorite place of all time. I've never tasted chicken teriyaki quite like this before. I highly recommend this spot! If you decide to visit, I'm sure you'll love it. View menu

The pork teriyaki here is the best I've ever tasted—truly divine! The staff are incredibly friendly and some of the nicest people you'll find in town. Toshi's is a well-kept secret among locals, and their food is simply outstanding. You're missing out if you don't dine here!

Worst teriyaki I’ve eaten, I’m sorry but the cashier very quick and rude no manners, my chicken spicy teriyaki was too dry and looked like it was and old order because chicken was not even hot or steamy and they only took 3 minutes for my food to be ready after I paid. And now I have a stomachache don’t risk it people ?

I've dined at this restaurant a couple of times, and each visit has been fantastic in terms of both food and service. I recently went there amidst all the construction and lane closures, but it was definitely worth the wait. The staff recommended the spicy katsu, and I must say, it has quickly become one of my new favorites. I’ve never been let down at this location. I highly recommend you give it a try! View menu

I ordered the honey garlic chicken with fried rice, and I was really disappointed. It seems they don't even offer plates, even for dine-in customers. My fried rice was completely overwhelmed by an excessive amount of sauce that made it inedible. I can't believe they charge $44 for two meals when you can't even taste the fried rice because it's so covered in sauce. I will never return here—it's both overpriced and unappetizing.

This place is no longer Toshi's teriyakiIt is just TOSHI teriyaki...different managementOrdered a Chicken beef combo for $20...chicken seemed old and not fully cooked, the color was pale white...and it left nasty aftertaste like old chicken meat juice, i used a lot of Sriracha...I did not eat the two biggest thickest pieces, Beef was clearly not cooked all the way because it had chewy partsMaybe the owner does not work on Wednesdays...and whoevers working wants to drive away customers to make their job easier

"Let me start by saying the food, presentation and wait service has been good to excellent on our 1st and 2nd visits over the last two weeks. But we definitely need to address a totally unacceptable response to an issue we ran into last night. Just after our 1st visit on 12/30/22 we called to inquire about their Corkage Fee which was stated as $35. We then booked another res for 1/7/23 for us and another couple and bringing a nice 08 Cab to share with our guests. So the bill arrives with the ridiculous Corkage of $45 shown. I nicely asked our waiter to reduce the charge to $35 and advised my wife had specifically called in to check it just 2 weeks before AND at $45 we would have not brought our own wine as $35 was bad enough. So here comes in tandem the Ops Director Ms. Martin and Chef/Owner Mr. Moore to say bluntly its $45 and that 's it. They couldn 't have cared less my wife had called in and Mr. Moore blurted out here 's the deal, we make no money on people bringing their own wine . They stood glaring at us in a demeaning way like how dare you to have questioned our policies? We paid our bill and left. So here are my closing comments on BIS On Main. We have spent over $640 on our two visits in recent weeks. You could have easily said okay, we will adjust this time but please be aware of the increase in the future and all would have been fine. Secondly, Mr. Moore should reconsider his very inappropriate comment about not making any money . Are you serious! So as they say, It will be a cold day in hell........"
