"My wife and I had breakfast at this cafe, and it was more infested with flies than I could count. When I tried to mention this to the waitress, she interrupted me with complaints about how every time the door opened, more flies came in. Perhaps addressing the outdoor issue would be a good first step since that's where they seem to be coming from. Also, I noticed they had an indoor bug zapper near the restroom, but it was unplugged—presumably so it wouldn’t wear out."
