"Decided to go to this location today, I've been a few times with coworkers during the week. I have mixed reviews, Challenges Ordering in the store was challenging, I had to convince the cashier I was supposed to get a side with mywrap she finally believed me after I showed her the sign. Then after getting my order I realized she left off a drink, i justgot back in line which was an additional 10 min wait to just order. The smoothie was ok however it turned to ice really fast soI realized this one is more of an icee not a smoothie. Success The wraps were really good. Both my daughter and i reallyenjoyed it. I got the buffalo chicken she got the turkey and cheese. Take away The staff is extremely friendly. To make yourvisit easier I suggest ordering through the app and maybe just get food unless you want an icee. Sometimes icee's are good."

Smoothies are GOOD! This is my second time here and staff are very RUDE. They don?t even greet you and the whole exchange is very unpleasant. Please take some time to show them customer service skills!

The pomegranate smoothie is my absolute favorite! Its texture really lets you know that it’s made from all-natural ingredients. However, the new sunset smoothie is a serious contender! I’m absolutely in love with the tropical smoothie.

The Good: Employees were nice. The Bad: The kitchen closes at 7:15 when the closing time is 8pm on Sunday. We arrived at 7:35 and was told the kitchen closed 20 minutes ago, was very disappointed and left with my date. Was looking forward to getting afew sandwiches and smoothies as a second time visitor. Went to Panara. Probably will not return due to this company or storemanagement policy.

I placed an online for a chipotle chicken sandwich, I was really looking forward to it until I realized they missed the chipotle mayo, which does not make it a chipotle chicken sandwich.. I called the atore to see what could be done and they told me theycould?t do anything to resolve THEIR mistake. They didn?t even make the slightest attempt to make up for their mistake. Noaccountability or anything. You?d think they would try because I spent money at their store, but they didnt seem to care. Thesmoothie was good, which why I gave another star. I suggest ordering through grub hub or uber eats, instead of directly thestore. They will actually fix their mistake.
