I love the autumn choices, especially the pasta with pumpkin seed oil in it! Highly recommend.

The food and cocktails here are fabulous! Everything is super fresh and they have a rotating menu. I highly recommend!

It was pretty ok. Our server was super sweet but she forgot to order some of our food. And maybe they were understaffed but it feels like it took too long. The chicken was meh. But the broccolini was delicious.

Healthy and tasty food. I like that they change their menu according to what vegetables are in season. Friends and I went for dinner during the art fair, my friend got the spicy panang curry and days it was fantastic. I had the seasonal ingredient salad which was great with added tofu for protein. We also shared charred broccoli and cauliflower appetizer, those were slightly blander then we like but if you don't care for spicy stuff then they're great.

True Food Kitchen is the best!: My family always visits this location whenever someone has a birthday and the meal and service is amazing every single time. My entire family has food sensitivities and the staff is always very diligent about preventing cross contamination and taking care of us. I went out to this cute little place on the plaza with my dad and some of his coworkers before going to see a play together. The food was amazing, but even the DRINKS (nonalcoholic were delicious! The waitress was wonderful, and I loved that they had genderless bathrooms. (Now, don't go getting anxiety and avoid this place over that statement. They had plenty of single use bathrooms with signs on the door that indicated anyone was allowed to use them and lock the door behind themselves. It was … – show

Ate here with some friends on a recent trip to KC. Several people in our party have very specific food sensitivities, which True Food did such an amazing job of supporting and honoring. But even for those like myself that don't, it was still so hard to choose what to order because everything sounded amazing. The pear and truffle appetizer was excellent. This place is a joke. I was standing out front on a public sidewalk speaking to family and I was asked to move down the street by a an employee because he said I was smoking and the smell was bothering his patrons. In reality it is because I am a black man and they wanted me to move somewhere else and speak to my family, when in reality we were actually going to go in there and eat a meal after everyone arrived.
