Overall, I found it a bit pricey, but they had a good variety of drinks. The food looked appealing in the pictures, but that wasn’t my reason for visiting. When I arrived at 6 PM, there were no other customers, so the cashier seemed a bit bored. Overall, it's a decent place!"

TruTea is overly fixated on mask-wearing, even for pick-up orders, yet it has received a C rating from the Department of Health and is on the brink of being shut down due to health violations. TruTea, if you truly care about your customers, you should focus less on masks and more on the 28+ health violations that are endangering your patrons. For now, I won't be eating raw fish from a place with such a concerning rating.

One of the worst customer service experience. The woman working at the front cashier is beyond rude. She seems like she does not want to be there. She made a bubble tea for me with a thick syrup from the boba and was so sloppy about it. Then she proceeded to slam things around reached over me and angrily threw tea in the garbage. It was downright scary. I am surprised Trutea would hire someone like this to work there. Very bad customer service.
