"There are a lot of other boba places on this road that I am willing to drive out to than this specific location. First, I do like this company's drinks but I like the service of Mandarin more than this location. I have been here twice at this specific location and this is my fourth or fifth time ordering at Tsaocaa. #1 issue was messing my order twice for the same drink (very matcha slush w. Nata jelly and matcha foam). First time I asked this I accidentally got matcha with red bean drink. Second time I came to order the same drink the cashier person the same incorrect item. I asked for it to be rectified and he said he will get it right and added a fee for nata jelly (but this drink does not cost extra for nata jelly). #2 both times the cashier does not ask the level of ice, sugar, or milk substitute. #3 this place is very dirty and no one comes out to empty the trash or clean up the tables. There was an old drink sitting on a table with all the ice melted and no person around to claim it before my party sat down and after we left (we stayed at least 15-20min). The workers are always on their phone. I get it, it does get busy and I see there are a lot of to go orders. Maybe they need to hire more people. It's clearly night and day from this location and the Mandarin location. If I am in the area and want some boba, I am going somewhere else."

Here is my favorite place. First of all it is near my house. I tried a lot of drinks, I totally enjoyed every time without disappointed. Highly recommend. That is why I saw it is always busy whenever I came.

We love coming to Tsaocaa for their Brown sugar milk bubble tea! They taste amazing. I also love that they now have a punch reward card anytime you buy a beverage you get a stamp and when you fill your card your next drink is free.

Cool spot to stop by and grab some boba. They also have food and desserts. Parking is limited at times. Few buns in the entrance but they are harmless. Really well decorated and good music. Service was nice but didn?t really have good boba smoothie flavors. View menu

I truly enjoyed this boba tea place. The young lady was so receptive to giving us great recommendation! We ordered their original egg waffle and it's so crunchy; very delicious. The boba tea was also delicious. I got the King Oolong milk tea with fresh taro added to it. Delicious!!

The place was as curiously bright and pastel-y as the pictures! Very unassuming front in an unassuming location. Very extensive menu with a multitude of options, dairy and non-dairy alike! Ordering options were quite flexible (cashier, phone, and self-serve) and the waiting time was more than satisfactory. I'm definitely excited to try out more of their menu!

I stumbled upon this place after getting my nails done today. I was drawn in by the bright colors, and images of boba tea. I was not disappointed with my detour, and had no buyers remorse for making a few extra splurges. Their original nona tea is the best I've had. It truly tastes as if they made it all in house from scratch. The decor on the inside was very fun with flowers spread about to take a seat on. There were a few spots to take a quick photo session, and I have to say their toffee pudding is to die for. I will definitely be a regular at this establishment. 10 out of 10 recommend! View menu

My girlfriend visited this shop at Sunday (07/30/2023) around 4 p.m. to order drinks for her family. It was a large order made at a kiosk which she included a tip for. When the order was processed, it was serviced by two young women with black hair. It should be noted that they never directly interacted with my girlfriend besides for a few glances. When she would glance to look at the two young women, they openly made a disgusted expressions and gave her side eye. After placing the order my girlfriend also heard them audibly express frustration and curse when they noticed the order. My girlfriend noted that the drinks and atmosphere of the shop were great but the attitude of the service repr...

"Had Foie Gras and Escargots for starters. Foie Gras was done to perfection with a little sweetness in the currant topping to blend wonderfully with the rich creaminess of the foie gras itself. The escargots were perfect. The light cream sauce with just the right whisper of garlic and fine strips of spinach richly supported the tender escargots. My entree was the bone in pork chop. It was superbly prepared, a nice light crispness on the outside and todiefor lush, tender, juicy meat on the inside. The apple compote accompaniment added a perfect sweet foil to the meaty toast of the chop.Perfectly done.Other entrees at the table included braised ox tail and the scallops. Both were expertly prepared. The ox tail was rich with a wonderful sauce that brought out the best of both meat and bone marrow, very satisfying. The white acre peas and fried shishito peppers that rounded out the dish were the right balance to the richness of the ox tail and were cooked to perfection. The scallops served atop creamed corn and english peas were also a delight. The scallops were good size, but extremely delicate and tender and the accompanying corn and peas outstanding. the pickled shallots were a real surprise adding a very inspired and charming savory element to the dish. Outstanding all around! While one might think it couldn't get better than this it did. Our service was provided by Beau, maybe BOW for his Bowtiewho was both our waiter and the sommelier for Matthews. His professional attentiveness and conversation was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone at the table. Bravo Beau!"

"Black Sheep is a great restaurant. The service is almost always excellent and this trip was no exception. Our waiter was great, personable and prompt. We had multiple happy hour cocktails which were of high quality and delivered quickly. The happy hour drinks are a great value. The Dusty Boot is my favorite and I hope it never leaves the menu. The food was good and tasty. The kitchen at Black Sheep is one of the best in Jacksonville. However the price for the food, even for the happy hour items, is getting out of hand. I have visited Black Sheep since they have opened. I’ve watched the pricing on the food increase over time and several items are now 30-50% higher than they were several years ago. Vegetable sides for dinner are now $7-8 dollars. A large salad is $14. These items used to be $5 and $10. The cheapest sliders for happy hour are $9. There is less meat on all three sliders combined than would be in a single small sandwich. The cheapest main for dinner is a $15 burger WITHOUT CHEESE. A slice of cheese is $1. One. Dollar. So $16 for a cheese burger and some shoestring fries. I know it’s grass fed beef but still! It’s obscene. If someone at Black Sheep is reading this, please, work on that menu and the pricing. You have slowly priced a loyal customer out of visiting your restaurant. You have good food but the value is no longer there. You have competition now, even in your own neighborhood. I love your restaurant and want you to win me back."
