"has much more potential. the location itself is very beautiful with seating possibilities inside and outside right on the water, but it feels kind of like a cantina. it is modern, but not really a cozy place to stay. I believe they are striving for an ecological sustainability that saves the turtles, but this is not entirely manifested with plastic cups and straws. as always, the cutlery and the plates seem compostable. the portions are really small for this price, yet eating was ok. we had a caesar salad that was very good, the philly sandwich was ok, but had very little meat on it and the smallest cole stole as the side we have ever seen. it's a bit sad that they don't offer any other side dishes like brot or pommes. also we have missed some more options for drinks, but we did not check the bar (which seemed new). Moreover, we feel that they lacked personal (or want to save money) because there was only one waitress for the entire region. I hope they will do something and use the potential they need to get much better!"

What a great place! We had the best time. We enjoyed drinks and a light dinner. Excellent service, delicious food! Our bartender was fantastic, Tina thank you for taking care of us! We will definitely be back! The music was also great!

We had a good experience at turtle bay. The service was very professional. The food tasted very good and well seasoned. Unfortunately my food arrived cold (I had the meatloaf) so I can't give 5 stars. But I'll give 4 because of the service and flavor

omg, how bad could it get!!! I started with an salat that was 12 dollars and it was beyond mushy with soggy croutons!!! then I had the seafood soup and there were no seafood in it and it wasn't even warm! terrible waste of $30!!! never again I will be back. View menu

Went for crab leg Tuesday and it was horrendous. Crab was cold. You have to stand back in line to get your next order of crab legs. We never got to eat more then 1 order. We also ordered a rib dinner, it came out cold, they took it back and we never got another dinner. No manager on duty. $175 for 5 people. Definitely not worth it. Very disappointed

everything you can eat was a total waste of money. this restaurant has trained staff and the staff is rude with customers. I am sure that the lack of direction is frustrated by the upper administration. Crab legs were well boiled over and hanging on the dishes. everything is ordered and paid to the front side so that they do not get a waitress or waitress for extra things like drinks. Of course I would not recommend, although this is only my opinion. sad to see a new place with so growing pain.

The owner of this place needs to know that on all you can eat crab nights, this restaurant is a mess. One bartender, wait staff clueless bringing out plates of cold crab legs. Plates on top of one another before you are even done the first round of crab legs. People waiting a half hour for a drink, over an hour for food. Ridiculous. Your poor bartender Tina was running and I think the only one working hard. Tina thank you and I hope you find a better job. Enjoy the tip I left, well deserved. This place needs John Taffer. Pros: nice view, great location, good wings, good crab legs Cons: the poor customer service starts at the pay when you order counter. No sides available to order.— no side salads, fries, hush puppies…. Want a beer—head to the bar and order it there. No table service available. Soft drinks—a 6oz cup you refill yourself a dozen times (you’ll get thirsty waiting for your food). Pay for your food and receive a number to put on your table. The servers then wander the restaurant with food looking for your number. Better remember to pick up your plastic utensils at the register because there are none at the tables. Plan to bus your own table….or watch the birds pick at...
