"We visited this restaurant for the first time for lunch, and I must say, the interior exceeded my expectations. The service was friendly, and our server was very pleasant. We started with calamari rings and edamame as appetizers. For our main courses, we ordered a tempura combination, chicken katsu, and a noodle dish. We also tried the miso soup and a clear broth soup. Unfortunately, the soups were quite bland and lacked flavor. The fried items (tempura and katsu) were enjoyable, but the noodle dish was rather tasteless. I’m willing to give this place another chance since they have a large menu and I didn't get to try their sushi. Based on this experience, I would say it’s an average spot."

The food was mediocre and not worth the price. We even had to ask a busboy to get our server's attention.

Wow! Everything was fantastic! 4 different sushi rolls and habachi filet with scallops. Bottom line, I'm definitely coming back! View menu

Fantastic hibachi experience! We loved the food, the service, and the entertainment. The drink selection was excellent, and everything felt fairly priced.

Fantastic sushi. This is indeed a family-friendly restaurant. It 's an eclectic combination of upscale sushi and a Chuck-E-Cheese whimsy. They go all-out to announce your birthday, and many come here to celebrate. If you want fantastic sushi without the pomp or circumstance, this is the place to enjoy and relax.

I made a reservation for 8 people at 6 PM. We waited 20 minutes before a waitress took our drink order, and then it took another 45 minutes for our soup and salad to arrive. We had a show to attend at 7:30, so it became clear that we wouldn't have enough time to finish our meal and make it there on time. As a result, we had to ask for our check for just the drinks and the soup and salad. Given that we had a reservation at 6 and still hadn't received our main course an hour later, we decided to leave in order to make it to the show. I was not impressed with the service, soup, or salad.

"I chose the Pork Pluma while my wife opted for the lamb. My dish was decent but left something to be desired; it wasn’t hot enough, and honestly, the pork was the highlight. If you can make pork taste like a ribeye, that's impressive! However, the side dish was somewhat underwhelming. To keep it brief, my wife had to request her lamb to be cooked more thoroughly after she was hesitant to speak up—unfortunately, she had a bad experience with it. This moment seemed to change the entire vibe of our visit. Our server went from being relaxed to looking frantic and, dare I say, a bit scared. My wife felt awful about the situation, and I felt even worse when her dish returned and she described it as tasting like plain hamburger over SpaghettiOs. Unfortunately, she was right. Throughout this disappointment, our server remained awkward and timid, rarely approaching us with any updates. His conversations seemed short and lacking enthusiasm. To top it off, he accidentally knocked over the silverware at the neighboring table while picking up our tab. My message to him: Relax. It's not your fault that a dish didn’t meet expectations. We didn’t express our concerns in a way that was intended to blame anyone, but for $120, plus a 25% tip, I believe a chef should aim to impress with every dish, and servers shouldn't feel their night is ruined by a politely made request. Our advice? Remove items from the menu that aren’t up to par. Avoid the lamb, and definitely encourage the servers to promote the cocktails—they were fantastic!"
