Would you like some brisket with your fat. This is not edible. Usually I ask for money back for food like this. But I'll never go back there.

I drove over 30 miles to get BBQ. Very much over priced . No bread , pickles, or onions. Plus the servers were not wearing gloves or hair nets, and believe me, they definitely needed them. Very disappointed. Service: Take out Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I had a choice for zero stars that's what they would of got. No chicken or ribs at 530 in the afternoon. Half a pound of moist brisket and a pound and a half of smoked sausage cost 46 dollars. Nothing moist about the brisket and it had the worst flavor ever! Nothing smoked about their sausage! More like boiled hot dogs! Took too long just for those two items and nothing friendly about the person taking and giving us our order. It's been 15 plus years since I've been there and I was hoping for a better experience. Basic smoked BBQ. Got brisket, ribs, jalapeno sausage with ranch style beans and potato salad. Brisket, they smoke the brisket all the way without wrapping so you get that deep hard, crusty bark. My brisket was tender but dry. Ribs were tough, dry and the bark was almost impossible to get thru on one. Jalapeno sausage was great and flavorful. I had to dip everything in their spicy BBQ sauce to eat it, but the sauce was absolutely delicious. Ranch style beans tasted like Black Label straight from the can White potato salad was ok but was heavy on the dill.
