"Charming atmosphere and great coffee, but I wasn't a fan of the waffles. The batter has an unusual sweetness that doesn't appeal to me, and the texture is off. I was looking forward to trying a savory option, but the bacon waffles ended up being regular waffles drenched in a super sweet bacon syrup, which I found unappetizing and couldn't finish. It would be fantastic if they offered a sourdough or buttermilk batter, along with some savory mix-ins like cheese or bacon."

The venue was beautifully designed, and the coffee was excellent. I even purchased a couple of bags to bring back to Washington. I had a wonderful time enjoying coffee there, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.

The coffee itself phenomenal.a The store is inviting, family friendly and just has a good vibe. The staff were also really polite and attentive. If you are a coffee lover and you haven't been here you are missing out.

The ambiance is visually appealing, and honestly, it's the best coffee I've ever tasted. It was so exceptional that I've decided to offer their cold brew in my own shop. The burrito was fantastic as well; I tried to take a picture of it, but it vanished before I could! View menu

The coffee at Union Roasters was exceptional and undoubtedly the best I tasted in Coeur d'Alene during my visit. It's evident that they put a lot of care into crafting each cup. I even had the chance to watch an employee perfecting a new bean in the background while I ordered my latte.

If you haven't tried their waffles yet, I highly recommend you do! They are a bit pricier, so I usually treat myself to one as a special indulgence, but it’s definitely worth every penny. As for the coffee, it’s good, although it’s not my absolute favorite in the area. Coffee preferences tend to vary widely, so I suggest you give it a try and form your own opinion!

If you like sitting in wide open bright white sanitized boxes, this is your place. The coffee is good pastries are far better than anywhere else around, but the place itself feels so sterile white, it's uncomfortable. On the plus side, you can go across the street and there is a Taco truck, so you could just sit outside to avoid the sanitized bright white box feel. View menu

Completely disorganized crew, total chaos. Drink after drink is getting screwed up. They don’t write on cups and have no way of tracking what’s what. We ordered two drip coffees because they are so deep inside in the weeds, and after waiting a few minutes were informed that both of the drip coffees were empty, and they needed to brew more. Total joke. Will not be back.

If you’re ordering a hemp milk latte with lavender, white chocolate, and a mix of other flavors, you really shouldn’t be critiquing coffee. You’ve muddled it up yourself! However, if you appreciate coffee in its pure form, without the distraction of syrups and hemp milk, this place is a great choice. Their waffles are also delicious, and the staff is consistently friendly, though they can be a bit shy at times.

"Tldr; they might wear caps, but don't wear nets. Bring them a smoking gun, or good luck. And never order from them near closing time unless you plan on going over the food or making the pie immediately just in case you want to avoid a crummy situation. In any case, Yesterday I ordered 4 pizzas to pick up at 8:30, brought them home to make when the wife was done working, and the first two pizzas we decided to make had blonde hairs in them. My hair is black, the kid's and the wife's are either dyed or not blonde, so that just leaves the store. Since I don't eat the cowboy, the only picture we have is from the wife who managed to think better than me, cause I tossed both it, and a meat lovers out, because we couldn't eat them and couldn't call the place to complain. Having thought I'd lost the receipt as well, I resigned myself to be down two pizzas. Fast forward to today, when I find the receipt balled up in the car, so I went to the store. Got told that since I didn't have the pizzas or proof, I could only get a 50% discount on a single pie. A quick call to the wife to relay the decision unearthed the pic the kids took, for which they would only credit me for a single pizza, when I was down two. Fan-flipping-tastic. Normally, my rating would be a 5, as the pizzas are good since you make them at home and fresh pizza slaps; but last night, I had a pretty bad experience. If I order again, guess I'll be going over anything I buy with a magnifying glass and a polarioid just in case. Also, blonde hairs blend in pretty well when cooked in grease; who'd have thunk?"
