"They have a 2 hour brunch limit, which is cool. It 's stated on the website. An hour into our reservation the waitress comes to the table and says we only have another 20 minutes because they have a large party coming in . So my reservation, that I had to make with a credit card, is being cut 40 mins short. My bottomless mimosas now have a shorter bottom. No maam. The manager/owner never came to rectify the situation, he let the hostess handle it to the best of her abilities, which were limited......I recieved my FULL 2hrs alloted. Food was ok, mimosas were good. Our waitress, Naya, was awesome. Management sucked. I would NOT return."

Great food and quick service. The music plays a bit loud, but enjoyed the music selection.

It's a charming little place to spend some cozy time! The food selection isn't extensive, and unfortunately, the meals were served cold. View menu

It was a lovely experience. It's more of a spot for drinks rather than dining, but the food was still quite good. I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

The food was not enough for the price ? The service was amazing per usual!! We felt rushed out because they had a party coming in so not only did my reservation get moved up it was cut short 30 mins !

I will NEVER come back!!! The staff never greeted me until 15 minutes later (while I was at the bar), the staff was obnoxious, loud, tacky, classless and tasteless. They bring down your establishment tremendously. The yelling and cursing across the bar was way to much for me so much so that I had to move. Please if you want to stay in business have a code of conduct that the employees can adhere to!

We visited on Saturday for a late brunch and I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and the music (the DJ was amazing!). We were seated immediately and the service was prompt. I really enjoyed my drinks and food. However, my date wasn't thrilled with the home fries, as they were more like roasted potatoes. Overall, I had a great experience, though I wasn't a fan of the mandatory 18% gratuity added to the bill. Despite that, I would definitely come back.

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
