"This is such a lovely joint. I work in an office about 5 minutes away so I really enjoy getting pick up from here. My coworkers and I always get either vermicelli, bun bo hue, or bun rieu to share. They always make sure to pack the correct number of utensils when I tell them I'm sharing. Today I called to make my usual order of Bun Bo Hue. I mentioned I was sharing with a friend and if they can give me an empty bowl on the side to split the soup. Turns out, they already split my soup for me into two bowls. The food tastes amazing but nothing compared to the hospitality. Highly highly recommend them if you are around here or even visiting."

I love this place. I've been withdrawn for 4 years in the last four years on the north bank. today I ordered the delivery because I got kovid.

7.4/10 beautiful good pho on a Friday night after a round twilight golf. it is open later than other pho restaurants nearby and it is much better.

So many good options in this area. I admit I have my favorite restaurant depending on what dish I'm craving. For pho hands down this is the best! Rare beef is never freezer burned and all herbs very fresh. View menu

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. It has only been open for a year at the time of my visit, and the food was fantastic. I ordered the bun bo hue, which was both spicy and flavorful. I would definitely recommend it.

vietnamese food and the setting here is very good. The food was tasty. I've had nothing but great experiences here and will keep coming back. Bring your hunger portions are generous. I see why this place has a lot of positive reviews.

My girlfriend and I got delivery from this place. We got the vegetarian pho and the tofu spring rolls. The spring rolls are fresh and delicious. The pho broth is so flavorful and was still nice and hot when it arrived. The vegetables and rice noodles were also perfect. 10/10 will eat here again. View menu

I was drawn to this restaurant by a groupon and it was definitely worth it. I believe the owner served us and he was charming and fantastic. He recommended some great dishes (his favorites were amazing). The traditional unfried spring rolls they made were incredibly fresh. I am looking forward to returning!

Our first dining experience at a Vietnamese restaurant was a success at Uptown Pho. We were delighted by the delicious food, from the crepes to the banh mi sandwich, and ending with the steak and meatball pho. As newcomers to Vietnamese cuisine, the staff at Uptown Pho provided us with guidance and assistance in choosing our dishes. We left feeling confident in our new culinary discovery and would recommend Uptown Pho to anyone looking to explore Vietnamese food.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
