Just the pub vibe we were looking for — cozy dark place with beer and sports and people enjoying each other companies. The food was good.

Been coming up to this area for business a couple times a year for the past few years and this is BY FAR the best eatery around. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere.

This restaurant is fantastic. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. We both ordered martinis and they were exceptional. We also tried the special jalapeño Mac and cheese bites and they were delicious.

Kelly provided excellent service! our food was amazing and the prices are great because the sandwiches are huge. After we ate we headed to the bar where we had a few more drinks and the gentleman at the bar was awesome as well, the local people are very welcoming and nice to talk too View menu

Excellent atmosphere and extremely friendly service. I have a mushroom Swiss burger that was excellent. They also had a pretty good selection of beer between design and can options. The prices were also very reasonable; for the burger and a beer it was ~20 before taxes and tips. Will definitely go back!

Nice bar and good food. You have great burgers and the staff works hard. Ideal for beer and burger type meals. The assessment is based on the environment and food they produce. The mixed drinks are not so good, they are too heavy on the mix and easy on the alcohol. When she pointed to the bartender, she did not make any effort to adapt it, and it was ordered more than 1 mixed drink from a group. Maybe that's how they choose to take them, and we have to have the others.

We stayed from the saloon looking for a pet-friendly location for lunch. This place fits the bill. Apparently during the winter months this place is the destination of choice. The outside seats are behind the main building. The relatively new picnic tables (2 overall) were exactly what we needed. The food was very good, the staff was friendly and the service was great. Above all, there was a decent beer selection that included the best IPA on the continent: Heady Topper! I recommend this facility when visiting the Dover region, VT. View menu
