Viet Taste - Menu

I tried some Vietnamese restaurants here in knoxville, and that's what I like most so far. I ordered the garnelen eierrolles and rinderpho and my friend ordered grilled bánh mì. we liked and enjoyed our food, especially this was our first time there. ?

This place was very nice and welcoming to eat in. I was able to enjoy some viet taste spring rolls, and some Vietnamese pho. I really like how comfortable this place is, especially I like the ambient music that was playing. I'll be back soon to get my occasional pho.

Service was amazing!!!! I can see a difference that there is a new owner and has done amazing around the restaurant. Food was delicious even got to take home some food because portions are so big! I always come back to this restaurant, it's my favorite spot. I love the 14 special soup. My wife and I also ordered the chicken dumplings, which were good but not outstanding. They didn't quite meet my wife's expectations. The portion sizes for dining in are three times bigger than the ones for takeout, but both are equally generous.

This restaurant is terrific. The pho options are all flavorful and served hot, with a rich soup base that keeps my husband and me coming back at least once a week. We've tried various dishes from the menu and the chicken salad appetizer is also a standout. It's difficult to resist ordering pho every time we come here. My husband always finishes his meal too!

It's a fairly unassuming place stuffed into a shopping center. The service was quite friendly, The food is yummy and overabundant, lots of choices. I don't know why one would order an appetizer here because it keeps you from being able to eat your pho... Not that you would ever be able to eat as much as they give you anyhow. You would have to be a family of 4 to eat one bowl. We ate at a different pho restaurant before and did not learn our lesson. Order one bowl and share it or you will be eating pho all week. The most authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Knoxville! PLeasantly surprised by the different summer rolls.The vegetarian Pho was delicious, just look at it! Not sure if that 2 star review was a cut and paste job.The grilled shrimp was mind blowing. and of course the Pho. We went for lesser known Viet dishes and were absolutely enthralled.The only thing prettier than the food...are the customers! I have never seen so much diversity in one restaurant and it was so friggin' awesome.What's even more awesome is the Wait Staff are non Vietnamese and educated me on what is what, so kudos to those super heroes!!

this place was very tasty and fresh. they get a good part of the food for a good price. we have the spring rolls that were very fresh and delicious with the sauce. I got the vermicelli in the picture. it is beautiful and delicious. my children age 4 and 6 share the pad thai from the children's menu and still had rest. I compare with authentic foods near dc, where I lived and I would recommend this place definitiw. the other Asian restaurants in knoxville always give me a dizzy, maybe because of too much bad oils? , but this place wasn't like that. it is always a good sign to see vietnamesen working and eating in a Vietnamese restaurant.

On my first visit to this restaurant, I was disappointed right from the start with the sauce bottle on the table, so I deducted 2 stars for that. The presentation of the restaurant decor could have been better. I ordered the grilled pork vermicelli and a koks null, but the pork was not grilled at all. It seemed like it was simply heated in the microwave, giving it a strange texture with mostly fat pieces and little meat. The noodles and vegetables were okay. The drink tasted like it came from a dirty fountain that hadn't been cleaned in years. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
