"The gentleman behind the counter was warm and friendly. We chose a window seat and received counter service. We started with some Pana water from the fridge, and the counter staff kindly provided us with lemons and a cup of ice. I ordered a cheesesteak panini, which was delicious and generously filled with meat and cheese. My dining partner opted for a chicken wrap with sun-dried tomatoes and cheese, which he thoroughly enjoyed. I'm someone who feels compelled to speak up about both good and bad experiences. I mentioned our encounter with the hostess to the counter staff, who explained that she had only recently arrived in the US, which he suggested accounted for her lack of warmth. However, he wasn't very forgiving about it. The food was quite good, which is why I rated it three stars instead of one. Nevertheless, given our experience, I doubt we will return."

"From beginning to end I really enjoyed everything I ordered, had the fried calamari and the ahi tuna with octopus salad as appetizers. Both tasted fresh and well prepared with plenty of flavor. Also had the Vidalia Onion soup which was excellent with the sweet onions. Our entrées were the short ribs over risotto and the veal saltibocco with spinach. I love a restaurant where the food tastes homemade and reminds me of how my Italian parents cook. Everything was delicious and well made. The service was good and the food came out in a timely fashion on a Saturday night. Indoor and outdoor seating were filled up but our 6pm reservation was ready upon arrival. Finally the end of my meal was completed with maybe the best creme Brulee pie I ever had. Also the owner came over to greet us and noticed we forgot to bring wine to this BYOB establishment so he shared some red wine with us. We will certainly be back to this excellent restaurant. "I usually order take out. But I have to say the quality is not consistent. I ordered dinner 2 nights ago and tasetes burnt. And there was one time the way they put the vegetables in the fried rice made me speechless, as if they forgot the vegetables for my vegetable fried rice and put them on top at the end. I often time order from here because it 's local to me, but now I am not sure if I would get anything from there in the future soon."
