"The Carne Asada Enchiladas with corn tortillas and verde sauce were traditional yet offered a modern twist; they were absolutely mouthwatering and had a pleasant acidity. Unlike many verde sauces, this one had a nice kick to it, just as a young, adventurous chef would prepare for a crowd eager for bold flavors. Just a heads-up: the verde sauce might be too spicy for toddlers unless they’re used to a little heat! The Refried Beans and Black Beans were savory and made for great vegetarian options. Overall, a solid choice!"
