"I was initially amazed by how delicious their pizzas were until I tried the thin crust. I had traveled all the way over to Vocelli, eager to grab dinner for my friends and family. I decided on a thin crust garlic spinach pizza, along with a side of breadsticks. However, I was really disappointed when I opened the box and found a charred pizza with blackened onions and an extremely hard crust! When I called the manager, they simply stated that I ordered the thin crust and that all of them come out like that. I couldn’t help but think that maybe they shouldn’t even offer a thin crust option when their regular crust is so amazing. No one should have to deal with a burnt pizza topped with ashy onions and then receive a vague apology for the mistake. The breadsticks didn’t help either; they were overly thin and crispy – almost as if they had been left in the oven too long. Overall, I left feeling really let down. There’s another pizza place I enjoy much more."

I order from this location often, and it's generally fantastic! Food is great, delivery is prompt and friendly. However, this evening I decided to try the Chicken tenders, and boy was I surprised that I only received 3 1/2 small tenders for the $11 price tag. Definitely won't be ordering those again, but everything else was perfect!

I had a frustrating experience when I called to inquire about my order. The person on the phone was extremely rude, despite my polite tone. When I asked if the delivery driver had already left, he simply replied, "Yeah, yeah, he left," and then hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable! I'm left wondering how he even got hired in the first place.

I ordered a pizza online last night, and it indicated that it would be delivered in 40 minutes. However, after an hour had passed with still no delivery, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled. Seriously? An hour later?! They could have just rejected the order when I first placed it. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and it turned out to be the worst pizza experience I've ever had. I ordered Vochelli Pizza on Sunday, April 11th. Before my order was delivered, I saw the delivery driver mistakenly go to the wrong house. The driver eventually recognized the error and arrived a few minutes later. When my order was finally delivered, I discovered that my cinnastix came with marinara sauce instead of icing. I was extremely disappointed that such a mistake could occur. Without the icing, I chose not to eat the cinnastix. It's clear that in the future, I will need to opt for pickup to ensure my order is accurate.

I meant to order from Villa Bella which is also in the neighborhood but ordered from here by mistake. The crust is a little odd, reminds me of Dominos. This is definitely not a New York slice type of place. The pizza is a little thicker, it's very close to Papa Johns.Very tomatoey sauce, but lacks the pizzazz and kick that Domino's has. It tastes… Mass-produced. Crust on its own is fairly bland.Kings NY Pizza in Fairfax is much better and still my favorite. Villa Bella is better than this but only because it's thinner. Overall, Vocelli pizza sits somewhere Domino's and Papa Johns, mass produced at a slightly higher cost.
