"We stopped in at Waffle N Sip as we waited for our food order to be ready at the nextdoor place (Modoo Restaurant). We ordered a few beverages and were pleasantly greeted by the staff or owners? He was friendly and actually held a conversation which was nice. We let us wait there for over 30+ mins. I had the Maple Latte. And initially it was extremely hot, but enjoyed it more once cooled down. The coffee was smooth and hinted at maple flavor. Overall pretty good. Would recommend."

I go here often to study and the workers are always the nicest and friendliest! I love their food and the coffee too! It’s a nice place to study and get some work done and I love this cafe out of all of the other ones on northern blvd!!!

Great place to be with friends and family. Super friendly staff and the restaurant itself is very well decorated. Got the waffle n sip special which is the sandwich in the picture and it was delicious, also tried the Galbi waffledog which was also good. Definitely coming back.

A new weekend tradition! Ordered these waffles with Nutella on the side because my 6 year old was craving them and now she asks for them every weekend. She describes them as fluffy on the inside and perfectly crunchy on the outside, I couldn’t agree more. Will continue to order ️ View menu

Waffle n sip is the cutest coffee shop. This coffee shop is a hidden gem on Northern blvd. The coffee seems like a pop and mom place and has many personal touches. I loved my barista, he put a lot of dedication in preparing my iced latte and iced lychee tea and showed patience when I was being indecisive.

AMAZING!!! i loved it so much. the peach tea was absolutely divine and the waffle was scrumptious. i genuinely loved the food so so much. it was so good and i definitely will be revisiting this place. the way they present the food is stunning and the way it tastes just puts the cherry on top. definitely go whenever you have the chance. the waffles are perfectly filling imo and its just!!! the best!!!
