Great place for lunch. Met a friend for lunch we enjoyed the food ability to have a leisurely time to talk with great food.

4.5 actually. The spinach dip was ok. The stuffed mushrooms you could tell just came out of the oven, were great. I had the Italian Meatballs and you could tell the meat was mixed by hand. Very good. I came here while in Knoxville for work. The food was amazing. All of the dishes had awesome presentation and the flavors were well balanced. I had such a nice time here that I came back the next evening. The first night I had the Beef Medallions. They were cooked amazingly and I wish I had taken a photo. The second night, I had the ahi tuna and a house salad. The salad was also very aesthetically pleasing and the greens were fresh. It felt especially welcoming that the owner sat next to me on my second visit. We had a wonderful conversation and she even helped me make a business contact. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Stumbled across this place when visiting and holy cow was it an amazing find!!! They had an outdoor patio which allowed me to bring my dog along!! The server was good and attentive, made great suggestions and took good care of us. The food itself wasphenomenal!!! We got the opportunity to meet the chef and she managed to convince us to come back the next day for some ribs!!My favorite part by far the the chocolate board. I could eat one of those a day and die happy. Only recommendation I would make(if they haven’t done so already) is to get some sort of covering or Umbrellas for the patio. I will go out of my way to visithere again!

My wife and I enjoy Water into Wine very much. The food is outstanding and I always try and get the Chef's Special. I can tell that the food is made with love and care and the staff have always been very nice and accommodating. I always brag about the menu here. I love good food and am willing to pay the higher price that it entails as long as I get the quality and it has always been worth the price. We sample a lot of upper class restaurants in the area and Water Into Wine has always held their high standards. Atmosphere always seems a bit cramped but I can deal with that if the food is great.
