Wendy's - Menu

Could have trained staff well, not to chat a lot during work that made so many mistakes, also delay your orders and some aren't available. Few bad experiences but there were somr good ones so i am not rating it too low.

I ordered number 10 without bacon and lettuce, just with a slice of tomato and some ranch dressing. I also asked for no cheese. The service was terrible. The staff need to improve their skills and do their jobs better. I'm not going to sugarcoat it, the service was awful.

This is the slowest fast food service I 've experienced. Everyone is moving like there is no purpose or just standing around staring at the customers. Also most of the meals that I saw other customers receive were missing multiple thing/ ingredients that were out .... Somehow there 's no ketchup in the entire building. View menu

Served us cold food in fact the fries where not edible, very greasy and very cold. I ordered an Arnold Palmer and was told they do not have unsweetened iced tea I wonder what's up with that? We just came from the airport inside restaurant was closed, would have been nice to be able to use the restroom wash our hands Etc.

I'm not sure if this is funny or sad. But I pulled into their parking lot on a Monday evening 6 minutes before they closed. As I was pulling into the parking lot I saw someone inside jog to the front door to lock it. As I walked to the door 20-30 seconds later he said through the door that they were closed. It was 9:55pm at the time. Inside the other 3 employees looked like they were just chatting and running out the clock.

I just went through the drive thru at 11:30 pm today. And the girl taking the headset and window had a ridiculous attitude. She rung up our order wrong first of all. We didn’t realize until we got our food. Didn’t give us a receipt. And didn’t even tell us she didn’t have straws. Why not let us know you guys are apparently “out of straws” while we’re ordering drinks? Wouldn’t that be the nice thing to do I mean….i work fast food myself I understand how stressful it can be. But that doesn’t excuse the attitude and the rudeness. Being rude or even having the slightest attitude can really ruin someone’s night as it did with mine. Ok we went here last night because it was the only thing right by us that was open. Staying in Anchorage by airport for the night before our cruise tomorrow. This place had a ton of mixed reviews. Decided to try it out of convenience. We ordered their 4 for $6 dollars. This included a Jr. Cheeseburger, 4 Chicken Nuggets, Jr. Fries and a drink or small Frosty. Actually our food was pretty good and pretty put together based on some of the reviews. Maybe we got lucky but it wasn't bad. The restaurant could use some napkins (since they had a roll of paper towels on the counter if you needed a napkin). Also their floor could use a mopping since it seemed slick. We decided to dine at this restaurant last night because it was the only place open near us. We were staying in Anchorage near the airport for the night before our cruise the next day. Despite seeing mixed reviews, we chose to give it a try for convenience. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The place is very unclean on the inside, the staff is rude and some of them are very obviously on drugs. They have messed up my order more times then got it right. The last time I went inside was because they messed up my order and I was talking to the manager, which she then proceeded to take all of the food out of the bag and touch it with her bear hands and spread it on the counter, then told me i couldn’t get a refund because they made my food right.
