"My husband was ASSAULTED at this restaurant (4300 Kirkwood Highway) by a drive thru employee last night 9/18/21. We did a mobile order and the soda was wrong and when he asked the employee to change the soda he refused. So my husband requested a refund and they said they can’t because it’s a mobile order. Then the employee reached his arm out the window and punched my husband in the face. We contacted the police and when they came and talked to the manager she would not give any corporate contact information. She stated she can’t rewind the video and refused to show police the tape or who to contact so they can view it. Then the manager told police we should never return to the restaurant again!!! After my husband was the victim of her employees violence! The manager then got into her car and left the restaurant without resolving any of the situation and while the police were still there trying to gather more information. HORRIBLE customer service!! We definitely won’t be back!"

Got home and realized there was a safety pin in our French fries.

I stopped eating fast food like 6 months ago. First time back out there and for fast food I was happy.

Although the server and customer service were excellent, the only available drinks in the vending machine were diet or sugar-free options. We do not enjoy all diet or sugar-free drinks.

Always claim there system is down. ATP why are you even there. Don’t all wendys use the same system. Go to another wendys everything’s just fine except the doors are locked with ppl eating inside. View menu

the breakfast is much better than mcdonalds. the price is about the same, but the small details like cooking the sandwiches on a flat top grill instead of sweet ovens makes all the difference for me.

Drive up screwed up order. When called, they blamed it on my husband. He ordered a baked potato. The gave him baconator fries. Never even heard of baconator fries. Anywaywsy, the manager was rude and condescending.

I was working tomorrow and needed to stop at a restaurant because my blood sugar was low and I needed something to eat. I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes after they opened, but the dining area was still closed, even though there were cars parked outside for the employees. The service from the staff here tomorrow was terrible. View menu

Wendy's has a delicious salad with the chicken breast n spicy dressing, but it is only good when this one Manager prepares it. I tried it before n after she made it...weak n horrible! When she made it..it was pure love! If she's there I ll order it, if not, no thank you just a sugar free drink. Also Wendy's it's time to re-open the dining room!

This Wendy's in Delaware is the worst. The quality has declined, and the managers are even worse than the staff. Even my 4-year-old could manage this place better. Avoid the drive-thru at all costs - not only will your order be wrong, but you'll wait so long that you won't even be hungry anymore. I would give this place half a star if I could. Trust me, I would.

"The atmosphere is also quite pleasant—warm, inviting, and charming, with a comfortable tavern/pub vibe at the bar. The entire place is very clean, and the temperature is usually just right. On nice spring or fall days, it's wonderful when they open the large garage door. There’s also outdoor dining in the back, which adds to the appeal, along with some impressive historical art displayed on the walls. If you visit during a quieter time, I encourage you to take a look at the exhibits, as many relate directly to the history of Shamokin and the surrounding area. It's a fantastic way for them to preserve and share this history with their customers. When the owner is present, he takes the time to chat with patrons and is very friendly and accommodating. However, I do have a complaint that has led me to stop visiting. When the new owner took over, he changed the menu, which is common in restaurants, and I was willing to try the new offerings. As a mostly vegetarian who does eat seafood, I found it manageable. Their salmon dishes are excellent. The issue is that they removed one of the most beloved menu items: the Harvest Bowls. This dish was the main reason I kept returning to Heritage, often ordering takeout. The Harvest Bowl with salmon, asparagus, and Brussels sprouts was unique with amazing flavors—it's something you don't find anywhere else around here. It was also a great vegetarian option, as those who don't eat seafood could still enjoy a fulfilling and delicious meal. Every time I've been there, I've asked if the Harvest Bowls will return, only to be told they won't be back. Because of this, I won't be returning. It's a significant disappointment, especially for my family, as my son and his partner also love it there. Additionally, they removed the mac and cheese dish, another popular vegetarian option for those who consume dairy. While it’s still a lovely place to grab a drink or an appetizer, we won't be coming back for full meals. The only way we’d return is if they brought back the Harvest Bowls or introduced more vegetarian dishes packed with asparagus and Brussels sprouts that taste even better than the Harvest Bowls. So far, there’s been no sign of that happening, which is disheartening, as I’ll miss the delicious Harvest Bowl. In summary, if you’re a meat eater, you will definitely find delicious options here. However, if your friends or partner are vegetarian, they might be disappointed. One thing is for sure: the service will not let you down. Lastly, it's worth noting to pay the meter if you go for lunch, as the town strictly enforces parking tickets for those who don’t."
