"West Side offers drive-in food at sit-down prices. The menu is quite limited, with far less variety compared to most restaurants. While the food is decent, it doesn’t offer good value for the price. The service is friendly but very slow; we waited over 45 minutes for our meal. Quite frankly, you can find better tasting food, a wider selection, and much quicker service at most drive-ins in Hawaii, and at a much lower cost."

Best garlic fries I've ever had. It was nice and crispy even with garlic and butter. We picked on it the entire time we were there and it never was soggy. Magic fries!

The food is fantastic! I will definitely come back to Ono because of the excellent cuisine. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick and delicious meal, as well as drinks with friends and family.

Your cover mask wore much to wish. The servers pulled their mask down and did not cover their mouth and nose. Apart from that, the service was good and the food is delicious. I would go again, but would wait until Kovid gets better View menu

The service is friendly but very slow. It took 45 minutes to get our food. Frankly, you will find better tasting food, greater variety and much faster service at most of the drive to Hawaii and to a fraction of the cost.
