Awful customer service and to top it off cold pretzels

horrible customer service!! my pretzel was raw, and they didn't even care

The restaurant rarely has what we want, and the customer service is terrible. We often find ourselves waiting in line only to be told that they don't have any of the items we were hoping for. Very disappointing! View menu

It's amusing to read these reviews. Everything is excellent—both the food and the customer service are top-notch. Most of the staff here are teenagers, and I'm impressed by how well they communicate with the customers. I give this place 5 stars!

First of all, why would anyone attempt to serve an Icee that's covered in sticky syrup? It’s frustrating to receive an attitude when we return it because it’s dripping all over the place. It's no surprise that this place is filled with negative reviews.

If had an option would have given zero stars. We asked for a jalapeí±o pretzel and the manager who works there said she didn't have none and wouldn't make one as it was only one hour left to close. So we took the regular pretzel and while passing by after eating we saw that she had some newly made and put up. View menu

Worst customer service, no fresh pretzels, their employees are always rude! I have had a bad experience with them for the 5th time and still no improvement in their customer service. I don't understand why they can't just give fresh pretzels or maybe the girls working there are too lazy to make the fresh ones. Never going there again and would never recommend them to anyone.

keep in mind I’m in the customer service business so I have a lot of patience remained respectful, but the guy who gave me my pretzel was eztremeeeely rude. He rolled his eyes when I asked for a pretzel and dropped it in my hands in the midst of me saying “thank you”. Was also rude to the young kids behind me. Employees like this make ur company look bad. The girl who checked us out was really nice though.
