Everything you'd expect in a great bagel shop! Ham egg cheese on a toasted everything bagel, with a Giant chocolate chip cookie for dessert. We'll be back!

I picked up bagels for an office birthday celebration today, and everyone at the office couldn't stop raving about how fresh they were and how delicious the cream cheese was. I also enjoyed chatting with the owners, and the customer service was excellent.

The food here is fantastic, particularly their lightly toasted bagels and muffins. My personal favorite is the strawberry cream cheese spread on a plain bagel, but if I opt for a muffin, I would choose the cranberry-orange flavor. A classic bagel shop with friendly, quick staff. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Plain Bagel and a Cubano.It is exquisite. I'm in love with this breakfast bagel. It's both terrible and wonderful that I'm not nearby. I would be here every single day.There's a red light nearby, so no worries about turning onto the main street. There's also plenty of parking.

I ordered a Bagel sandwich with sausage egg and cheese and specifically stated I wanted the bagel toasted so it would be crunchy and buttered. What I got was a too hot to eat soft mushy sandwich with too much egg, which appeared to have come poured out of a carton and very little sausage. The sandwich had bee heated to the point that the cheese had been melted to non existence. It was too hot and slimy to eat. Cost was outrageous for breakfast.

Bagels are delicious, but service is an absolute disaster of incompetence. We were there a total of 47 minutes today waiting on food with a number on our table only to find out they'd lost our order. About 2/3 of the tables were occupied. I really love the food, but don't think I can come back due to the frustration. We had made this our Sunday go-to for breakfast for the last 4 weeks and only once did we get what we ordered in a reasonable amount of time. View menu

I ordered the breakfast with the eggs and bacon and a bagel. I was expecting two strips of bacon with that meal and instead, it was a bunch of chopped bacon bits piled on top of the egg and helped in place with a slice of melted cheese. Personally, I don 't care for THAT much bacon. Others may like that. This was really an issue of managing customer expectations. I ordered a meal with bacon, I was looking forward to biting into a couple of crispy bacon strips and that 's not what I got. I complained about that and I was told by the cashier that 's how we make that sandwich. I absolutely love bagels. Until recently, my go-to was a cinnamon crunch bagel from Panera. While I always felt there had to be better options out there, I was hesitant to try something new for fear of being disappointed. Currently, I’m in town from Knoxville for a rotation, and a fellow student brought some bagels to share. With nothing to lose, I thought I’d give this Panera Bread alternative a shot. Wheeler's is an absolutely amazing spot! My fiancé and I have a monthly breakfast ritual there on Mondays, and we love every minute of it. The service is incredibly friendly, the coffee is outstanding (definitely try their coffee cubes for iced coffee), and the bagels are fantastic. Plus, it’s one of the few places in the South that serves authentic New York Black and White cookies. They also cater to a variety of dietary needs.
