Literally, 5 minutes after being served at the drive thru. Had to eat my shredded chicken topless, as the top bun had been SMASHED into the paper. This was my ONLY item in the bag.

One of the creamiest ice creams (frozen custard) I have ever had. You can't tell from the photo because it looks like plain vanilla ice cream, but this experience is definitely a five-star one. I highly recommend visiting this place if you are in the area.

I used to really enjoy this place, Whits. I particularly loved the black raspberry chip ice cream in quarts and thought it was a regular flavor. However, in the past three weeks, this flavor has been unavailable. So tonight, I bought a quart of chocolate instead. This is the worst Whit's I have ever been to. The employees were entitled and rude, arguing with us when our order was wrong and refusing to fix it. We met the founders of Whit's about a year ago and we hope they make a surprise visit to this location. Everyone we know who has been to this store has complained about the poor service and the old, dried out sandwiches on the menu. They are ruining Whit's reputation in the small village of Sunbury, Ohio. It's worth driving to another Whit's location instead of visiting the Sunbury store.

My family and I went to Whits for dessert tonight and it was a disappointing experience. We usually enjoy Dairy Queen, Whits, and Handel's in Powell, but tonight was different. The employee at the drive-thru at 6:30 pm was unhelpful and our ice cream melted all over our car. She did not offer us any flavor options or assistance. When we asked her to open the window because our ice cream was melting, she thought it was funny. The service was terrible and the ice cream quality was even worse. The young employees working there seemed indifferent and it was a disappointing experience overall. I have worked in the ice cream industry for 6 years and this was disheartening. Hello, Tonight, I had taken my wife, her sister, and daughter to Whits. We typically go to Dairy Queen, Whits, Handel’s in Powell and tonight was a horrible experience. The employee at the drive through at 6:30 pm was not helpful at all, our product melted all over our car, and she was not willing to give us flavor options or guide us to a place to help. She immediately closed the window and we asked her to open it as the product was melting and ruining our car and clothing. She thought it was funny.
