The young lady who waited on us was in training. She was an absolute sweetheart but the man training her was not so friendly.

The staff were excellent, and the service was quick; however, I felt that the price for the Oscar Meyer and carnival chili was too high considering the small portion size.

The staff was rude. I waited in like for over 20 minutes before they took my order. Was very short with me and kept interrupting me as I was trying to order. Didn?t get my order right and continued to blame me. Laughed at me when I was trying to order, andcouldn?t bother to help.

Gone here twice. Both times employees were polite and gave me fresh food. Went at 3pm on a Sunday; no one was in line, so I thought they'd give me food that was sitting under a hot lamp like other places--no, that wasn't the case. Had to wait a bit,but they made it fresh. Thanks!

I had a really disappointing experience! The staff seemed completely disconnected and struggled to perform their jobs effectively. I noticed a small child wandering close to the hot fryer, which was quite alarming. I ended up waiting 32 minutes for cold fries and overcooked corn dogs that had been fried twice. I was let down by the flavor of the chili cheese dogs I ordered. I was surprised to find them wrapped in paper rather than served in a box. Consequently, when I unwrapped them, a lot of the chili spilled onto the paper instead of staying on the hot dogs. On a positive note, the fries and sweet tea were excellent, which partially compensated for the disappointing chili dogs.

During my visit, the staff was rather rude. I waited in line for more than 20 minutes before they finally took my order. They were dismissive and often interrupted me while I was trying to place my order. Not only did they get it wrong, but they also blamed me for the mistake. It felt disrespectful when they laughed while I was trying to communicate my order, and they showed no willingness to assist me.

The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and took my order in the lobby, which had no line, even during dinner time. The food arrived hot and fresh, and my order was prepared quickly. However, they forgot to include one of the items I had ordered. When I discovered this at home, I called them to explain the situation. They were very apologetic and agreed to prepare the missing item and provide it to me at no cost when I come in for lunch tomorrow. The team is extremely polite, and the lobby is exceptionally clean.
