"Not going here again. The service was poor. We got lukewarm water and they gave us only one refill. It took forever to get the bill. My wife and daughter left because the wait to pay was so bad. I usually tip anywhere in the range and probably would have tipped that even though there was poor service. They auto added tip with no option to change it. Apparently, on the menu it states the tip will be added but who looks for tipping policy on a menu. In short this is a fake Alaskan restaurant. If you want to over pay for an underwhelming experience by all means."

The seafood chowder is to die for. The service was great and so was the beer. Would definitely go back.

We had a great supper here, the food was superb, the fish fresh and delicious, the steak excellent and good quality, the service excellent, all sat outside on the terrace. A good wine list and a highly recommended restaurant.

We stayed in Talkeetna days and ate here to times a day. Food was fresh, good value and interesting flavor combinations. The wine and beer list was varied and price well. Staff was a pleasure and service was attentive and prompt. View menu

We were a group of and Danny, our waiter, handled us expertly and with a great sense of humor. The special Seafood Sampler was a delicious, perfectly cooked, sample of scallops, crab, shrimp, salmon and halibut . Excellent! Stuffed halibut also good. Decent wine and beer selection. Had a very enjoyable meal and evening.

this is the best cafe me and my family have ever eaten at. every bite was phenomenal, and the pies are made by this grandma at her house and they send someone to pick up whatever she chose to make that day. if youre in the area i cannot recommend this place enough. Im legit so mad I live in the lower I'd love to visit again.

This restaurant is amazing. Freshest seafood I have had in a long time, and we are from Florida. Tammy is an amazing server, food recommendations on point, beer selection awesome. If you do nothing else in talkeetna, eat here! I cannot say enough good things about the food, the beer, or the service. This place is a must see and MUST EAT. View menu

Everything we ate was amazing and we are very picky about the quality of our food. We enjoyed the seafood stuffed mushrooms, the seafood chowder, the halibut fish and chips and the coconut shrimp! I’m telling you, it was really great food and such a cute place! We were even able to enjoy eating on the patio!! Highly recommend when in Talkeetna, AK!

We stumbled upon the Wildflower Cafe while deciding where we wanted to eat in Alaska, and with a group of ten, the choices were limited. But the environment was very welcoming, so we walked to a table and ordered a large array of different entrees. Each one was absolutely fantastic. From seafood to pasta, each dish was marvellously paired with different spices and sides that made them the best food we have had in Alaska thus far. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to sample Alaskan cuisine without breaking the bank!

"Great restaurant with good food and service. Staff was very accommodating though we did not have a reservation on a Friday night. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. Loved the lamb shanks this is a must have. Halibut was also very tasty. One feedback on the roasted calamari is the spices were a bit overpowering, which did not do justice to the amazing sauce with garlic and parsley. The dessert menu is excellent and well thought in conjunction with the rest of the menu. The bourbon chocolate cake is with rich dark chocolate I absolutely loved the sticky texture and how the whipped cream complemented it. I suggest you get the cream on the side to adjust the balance to your liking. One other thing I recomend is the house limoncello with the bourbon chocolate cake as it helps to ease the intense (but very pleasant) chocolate flavor with every two to three spoons. The culinary experience was very satisfactory. In terms of price, be prepared to pay about $80 per person including the tip. I think this price is worth it especially on special occasions. By the way, I really appreciated the disclosure at the bottom of the menu with regular font size (rather than the small print most restaurants do) regarding the 20% tip policy. Furthermore, the communication that 70% of the tip going directly to our server while the remaining 30% going to their welfare expenses was transparecy at its best. I think other restaurants should take Primo as a role model in terms of how tipping policy works and should be communicated to the patrons. Well done Primo! I hope to see you soon thank you for a wonderful evening Parking: It was a bit hard to find a spot."
