"March 9th 2024 after 10:30 p.m. went to the drive-thru here at Williams Chicken on Camp Wisdom in Duncanville I ordered a 12-piece gizzards with fries and a side order of gravy and my daughter had four piece thighs dark meat with a medium sized fry two large drinks well when we get home we checked everything she thought everything was in the bag we get home the gizzards are pink not even all the way done they forgot my medium fry and the young guy at the drive-thru had the biggest attitude and was making the horriblest faces because I was asking him a couple of questions and he was looking at me like duh I'm so displeased with this Williams Chicken we didn't go back we were on the way to the Parkland Hospital my daughter should have checked better but still the gizzards were not cooked all of the way also I gave it a one star so I don't know where all these stars came from"

Normally they do ok but I asked for 2 separate boxes of livers They stuffed them and one roll is one box I had to ask for the second roll and gravy. However when we got home the 8 piece mixed chicken only had one breast and no grave. View menu

The chicken looked horrible, crust was wet falling off of chicken breast. French fries apple pie was cold. Didnt eat it went to bed tried to return next day Manager said I should have called in right away...Foreigners trying to fry chicken...not good!

Chicken was cold and bland no seasoning whatsoever as well as the mashed potatoes and gravy ,first time I've been disappointed in this place. And the guy standing there when I gave my order talked to me without looking at me so I couldn't hear what he asked.i won't be going back,I'll go to chicken express from now on.

We recently purchased a family twelve-piece meal from this restaurant and found it to be excessively salty. When I called the store to provide feedback, they seemed offended. I mentioned that we typically enjoy their chicken but felt that they could consider reducing the amount of salt used in their seasoning. I had a feeling! This is the best Williams Chicken I have been to for over 23 years of visiting their restaurants. The owner should be proud. If their serve sucks, I would tell. However this one is different!! I was greeted upon entering, very cheerfully I might add! The order taken with a smile. Pepe and Destiny was great. You guys rock!! I really enjoyed my visit and meal. I will do a follow up visit!!!

I recently ordered two family-sized fries from the restaurant's dining area. It was not too busy at the time, with only two cars in the drive-thru and myself inside. The fries were served very quickly, but it seemed like they were not freshly made. I was not given a receipt and noticed that the staff quickly locked the doors after I left. When I got home, I found the fries to be very greasy and it seemed like they had been fried twice. Unfortunately, I could not find a contact number for this location to address my concerns. My family and I are regulars at this restaurant and usually have an okay experience, but this is the third time our fries have been either overcooked or undercooked.
