"Broadway Grille is one of the select few places I actually care to order from in Coldwater. I give the atmosphere 5 stars. It's got a very cozy and unique setting to it. Service. Between 4-5 stars. My service hasn't really been too bad. Sometimes just slow because of the staffing shortages everyone is experiencing right now. Cleanliness. 4 stars. It's clean. I've never had an issue. Food Prices. 2-3ish stars. The cost of some of their menu items is outrageous. Cocktail Prices. 1. The drinks are NOT worth what they cost. Don't waste your money. Food. This is always a tricky rating because we all have different taste buds, expectations, and the one who prepares the food varies. One day John Doe could prepare you the best steak you've ever had, the next time you get Cindy Lou and your steak comes out lookin like a hockey puck. Consistency is hard to come by, especially now days. With that bein said..... Sometimes their food is a 4-5 star rating, and other times it's a 1. I had food from Broadway twice this week so I am gonna tell you my experience for both times. Tuesday, my boss ordered us food. I can't speak for my coworkers on any of their food choices. My order was the taco pizza. (The menu photo and photos online of it had me craving it like crazy! I went and picked it up along with 7 other orders. It was noon so they had their lunch rush happening and other takeout orders so I understood they were busy. The staff I talked to were all great to me. Even though they were runnin around like crazy, they all stopped to see if I had been helped and if I needed anything. They apologized over and over for my wait and they were all genuinely great to me. We were told noon to come pick it up and I didn't leave until 12:20ish. So they were definitely behind in the kitchen. However, the girl that I first spoke too at noon when I got there said my pizza was up there with a few other orders and they were hurryin to finish the rest. So part of our order sat for 20+ minutes. Let's just say that my taco pizza wasn't about that waiting life. I will be adding photos to this so you will see what I thought I ordered vs what I got lol. The flavor was decent tho. Everyone's food was in the bags with plastic utensils and sauces. They had the order completely right and I'm sure they would've helped me out to my truck if they hadn't been so busy. My personal rating: Service: 10/5. Taco Pizza: 1. Last night I decided to go grab a late dinner since I was stuck in town for the night. My waitress was great. She was super sweet, genuine, friendly, and assertive. I never felt like I had to wait for her, but also never felt like she was too much. Everyone I came into contact with last night were awesome just like on Tuesday, except all of them were different I believe. That's an awesome thing for a restaurant to have. Now my food. I ordered mozzarella sticks. 3 stars ish. They were the average frozen mozzarella sticks like you get at Applebee's. The marinara sauce was freezing cold, definitely not a fan of it like that, but the flavor was great and I imagine if it had been at least room temperature, I would be obsessed with it lol. I ordered the Scott's Burger. 10/5 stars for sure. It was cooked to order. (Medium . It was spot on. Tasted just like I had imagined or better even. I highly recommend you gettin this burger if you love bacon burgers. I'm wishin I had one right now lol. It comes with fries or soup. I asked for a tossed salad. The only thing I didn't care for with my salad was the plate it came out on. I had a lot of my salad landing on the table tryin to stab some lettuce. Good other than that. Side tip. Upgrade fries to the brew fries. They're so good!"
