"I went to college at Westfield State University from 2001-2005. One of the things my friends and I used to do in a relatively regular basis is venture to UMass Amherst and go to The Hangar. We loved going there and to this day, it 's the best place IMO to get boneless chicken tenders.After I graduated, much to my delight, there was some decent expansion and places started popping up closer to me under the title "wings over (insert city) but the food and the menu was the same. The Lowell location is the closest to me so it 's the one I frequent when I 'm craving those wings. It always hit the spot and Even as recently as this past may, when I had it delivered to my place of work, it was just as good as I remembered.Today I came in, and saw that they changed the menu from the traditional item names such as DC-3, DC-10, etc, to just 2 tenders, 4 tenders, etc.I wanted to order the 8 tender meal and asked her which previously named menu item it was equivalent too and she had no clue what I was talking about.I ordered garlic parm (which is one of my top 5 go to flavors) and golden BBQ (another top 5) and I could tell instantly by my first bite of each that the recipe is has changed and was not the same as it used to be. For an even better reference point, I was at the south Hadley location about a month ago and the flavor profile was different today (for the worse) than at south Hadley.I can 't be certain but based on the employee 's uncertainty of how the 8 tender meal compared to the previously named menu and the change in flavor, I 'm of the belief that ownership has changed. Unfortunately, that is not something I particularly feel is a good thing.I will say that the food was good, but not what i remembered. Still a good place to go if you want good boneless chicken but not for me anymore as it seems as though wings over is now a different entity than the hangar locations."

Sometimes they Have good days when my chicken would taste good and cooked right and then some days I would barley get any sauce with my chicken half frozen. Inconsistent, but I’m rating the good days. View menu

Uber eats messed up our order but Mason and the GM Courtney rectified everything immediately..can't thank them enough for being courteous, kind, and awesome...I would definitely recommend them and will be back!

I think I picked up my food from the manager.... she was extremely friendly and even asked me how my food was while I was eating. She mentioned how she added more chicken because they pieces were small.. great customer service. Great food.

This place is amazing, delicious wings and very friendly staff! The girl at the register was very helpful and helped me choose one of their many sauce choices. I ordered the tender sandwich with Cajun teriyaki and it was really good. Would recommend to anyone looking for wings if you’re downtown. View menu

I almost always order online and the order is fulfilled correctly, including special instructions. The employees have been nice. The dining room is a little dingy. I've gotten delivery thru Uber Eats a few times and had no issues. It sometimes take a while but it is Lowell and traffic sucks no matter what.

After reading the reviews i decided to form my own opinion. But i was disappointed to say the least. Definitely overrated and overpriced. Paid $18 for 4 tenders and waffle fries. I ordered my food to eat in and 2 minutes after ordering my food was done. Chicken was cold, fries were kinda hard like they had been sitting for a bit. Would I try again? Not likely.
